‘Doing it for Dad’ - Ines Rae’s Story

Growing up, dad suffered from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a disease of the heart muscle. I didn’t realise how severe his condition was, and it was getting worse. But thanks to a lifesaving heart transplant, I get to spend so many more moments with him. And I couldn’t be more grateful 💝.
