The home consists of 2 suites and a large gathering area with soaring ceilings that welcomes the outdoor in. The auxiliary building is heated and cooled. It consists of a garage space set up as a gym and two 12x12 rooms. One is set up as a meditation space, the second a craft area. On the property you also have a 50x30 steel framed barn. That is expensive for Arkansas. Just sayin’ you could buy a cheap piece of land in Arkansas that has no restrictions and just buy a steel building they are cheap then just renovate the interior yourself. I have found steel building shells delivered and set up for less than 20k.
