I think it's amazing that Sydney not only finds the time to stay committed to her online community, but practices what she preaches. She is constantly talking about consistency. Something she lives and breathes thru this channel. I stopped following other creators because they ghosted for weeks at a time. They don't walk the talk like Sydney does 💜

Working out with you for almost 2 years, I have always loved your focus on tricep strength. My overhead extensions are at 40lbs, and the connection I have in my kickbacks (bent and straight arm) is amazing.
Nice, but grab an EZbar for the last one or any other substitute (or do it single handed). Performing this with both hands and one dumbell aint good, as its not in line with the muscle fibers

Can you plz put some special workout for flabby mommy tummy..I have shaped my body very well ..with the help of your workout after my first pregnancy but after my 2nd Delievery it seems hard specially the flabby loose tummy area..plz
I needed this, I swear no matter how much work I’m doing those darn bay wings aren’t budging 😵💫 When I’m doing overhead extension, I do get a niggle in my shoulder - I think I have a dodgy rotator cuff- I’ve been working on stretching and improving mobility, but it persists on niggling when I do overhead work - is it maybe my technique?
Well, you also can't spot reduce fat on the body, you can only overall reduce fat and build muscle and your body decides where it wants to proportionally add and remove fat, unfortunately. I also have plump arms, and while that will always be true, I've found that adding some muscle mass makes them look leaner and nicer even though the fat is still there (I'd have to get *too* thin to have slim arms, it's just where I tend to accumulate fat).
I'm double jointed and so working out my arms I have to position them in a certain way to get the most out of my workout and to have proper form with out getting hurt. If anyone knows a good workout youtuber that is double jointed and shows form please let me know
Yes my elbows are double jointed too! I just make sure not to lock them all the way out when I am bearing weight on them like in planks or push ups and I’ve learned how to contract my muscles in extension moves right before I lock them out. It’s not harmful if you don’t let it cause you pain but you don’t want to lock them out and depend on the joint to hold your weight, you want to use the muscles! I don’t have Ehlers Danlos syndrome as I don’t have thin skin that is thin and bruises easily, just double jointed elbows :)
@@sydneycummingshoudyshell thank you for the information. My joints are also weak I've been told that I can strengthen them and so that is something I'm going to look more into so i can protect myself from injury. But this helps alot!

There are many markers for this disorder and Marfan Syndrome which is why I am getting tested because I have a few. I really enjoy your videos and congrats on the new addition to your family!

Not to mention you're only going to build the muscles so much in that area as woman, having a good diet to help eliminate the fat and being consistent with a good diet and working out too helps a lot not just building.

Don't listen to this nonsense, you can't tone muscles, you can only build.If she doesn't know this I would turn her off.
