- BulletSafe Bulletproof Vest/Body Armor! Basically I feel right now as though it was definitely worth the money I paid for it. I am in no way affiliated with this company. Bulletsafe.com if you order a vest I used the shipping code "safe" and received free shipping. I'm 6'3" 210 lbs. and ordered a Large, as it stated on there website sizing chart, though I should have ordered a Medium. Maybe Tom N. with BulletSafe will feel sorry for me and send me a medium carrier. Ordering a different size "I AIN'T GOT TIME FOR THAT". I'll let ya know if they do ;) Any who, check out the video and let me know of any other deals you guys come across out there...
Bulletsafe told me that they wanna sell quality body armor at a very budget friendly price! So more people can get one and be protected! Thats a good selling point for me!

Your all forgetting unideal conditions like freezing cold sweatshirt or coat under it and over I would want one loose so I can move and covers a lot of me.
Bought mine today locally. They had just two in stock and the girl said they fly off the shelves fast, so stock is always a problem. One of the two (a "L") fit me just right so I took it. Looks great. Fits over my uniform well and covers all vital organs not counting my head! I also have an NRA holster belly band for the Glock 19 which I carry. The belt blends right in with the vest. The vest also conceals under a shirt so I can wear it on my "suit coat" job as well as in uniform. I found the prices unbeatable. See my avatar for me and the vest.

Hey brother L is fine medium would have been much tighter fit and uncomfortable. A buddy of mine has a M and it was way to tight so i took a large, also i had to find a 10inch side strap due to the over lapping. Other than that vest fits fine wish they could sell elastic side strap with a better coverage. Too much material left over
Nice review! I ordered mine yesterday! My other duty vest is almost more than double the price of Bulletsafe vest! My other one is Safelife Defense level 3A+! I just love it! But this is also a great vest! Can't wait to wear it on duty!
Everyone saying is too short it's not .That's the way it is .If it's lower it will restrict his mobility .
At 6'3 and 230lbs, I went with a 2x. I had to add extra velcro to the vest but the extra coverage saved my life. Unfortunately, I had to use one of these and it stopped a round to the kidney during a home invasion. I still had an acute injury so no such thing as bulletproof!
Definitely go with a size larger than what the chart says and add 3M adhesive velcro to the flaps. Had I paid attention to the sizing chart, I would be dead right now because the round hit about an inch or so above the bottom of the vest.

I just went to a local store that carries these and purchased one yesterday. I'm 6'1", 195 lbs. The medium fits me perfectly.

Thanks, I just bought one. I'm 5-10 170 flat stomach, so I ordered the small, with the tactical insert for 50 bucks more. Can't wait to get it in the mail!

Update, ordered and received two "Bullet Safe Ultra plates" for rifle caliber protection.
got it today! glad I ordered a medium, fits great and very comfortable, fits under my 3x work shirt lol !

Marco Perez i read a article about these vests and this guy recommends ordering a size larger than you would normally wear if you decide to purchase one.
You're a size 3x in a uniform work shirt but the vest is a medium and it fits good? reason why I ask is because I'm a 2x myself but if the medium is the way to go I'll go with the medium for the vest.
I am 5'11, 175lbs. to fit the med. vest under my work shirt I went with a 3X so it's not tight ( the shirt ).

im 6'3 235 ish L fit just right, leaves a little room for weight ups and downs

I'm 5'8 and 265 have a little gut but I'm an ex power lifter so I have bulk mostly shoulder, chest and back girth should a 2x do the trick?

How is it when shooting a pistol or rifle? Please let me know as mine restricts my arms coming together when holding pistol.
Never tried shooting with it over my shoulder. Are you speaking of the ar pistols? I don't have one of those ...all of mine have a collapsible stock. My vest is brand new and I have not got to get out and shoot with it on to see how much it bothers me. Hopefully it will soften up somewhat to make thing more comfortable for shooting. Feel a little weird having to force my arms together for a 2 hand grip on the pistol so I will practice with it and see how it goes.

Level 3. 9mm, 45, 44. All pistol cartridges. That's the best without the sappi plates that you can order from bulletsafe
that vest looks way to short on you dude. Im 6 foot 7 and i go with a XXL vest, doesn't mean your fat, your just tall you need a longer one
