Hello, so I’m a 12 yr old and I have tiny bumps on my face and nothing seems to get rid of them. I was wondering what I could do to get rid of them. And is bubble skincare safe for kids?
It sounds like milia. These are tiny balls of keratin under the skin. As you're still a child, you probably have "primary milia" which will eventually dissolve. If it really bothers you, see a dermatologist. Don't try to treat your skin yourself as you may permanently mark your skin forever. (I did that when was a kid and regret it to this day) One of the best things you can do is to just keep your skin clean and avoid soft drinks and sugary foods. I would stay away from all skin care products (creams, face scrubs and exfoliating products) until you are older, that is, unless a dermatologist prescribes you something. I read that even Bubble skin care is not good for your age. And when you are old enough to use skincare products, try to use organic and chemical free products because your body absorbs things through your skin.
Just use a gentle cleanser and unscented moisturizer if you want to take care of your skin, it's probably just hormonal and will go away! Oh and use sunscreen of course
google "milia" and see if it looks similar to your bumps. i'm 18 and i also have milia, mostly around my eyes. i've had them since i was about 10 years old and most appear out of thin air and then disappear after a month or so, but some stay forever. i go to a dermatologist about twice a year to get the permanent ones removed. if you don't like having them, you can do the same, but please keep in mind that it's super painful. that's also why i dont get them removed more often. but when there's only about 15-20 around my eyes, i think they're kinda cute. they kinda look like freckles from a distance. if you do decide to get them removed, just make sure not to feel bad or insecure when they come back. for some people they don't come back or take like a year to come back, but for me it takes less than 2 months so it depends. but don't become insecure about them! just embrace them and let them be a part of you. they can look really cute!!
Coconut oil Works amazing
How old were your stretch marks?
It occurs when skin stretches but is not elastic enough. So if you hydrate and moisturize and oil it is preventable
Having a baby gave me mine. I choose to love them
