No one knows what will be future upcoming projects but they want to cash every announcement in their favor. The end user will get hit eventually.

It is safe to buy land near Kanha Shanti Vanam
Obviously it's safe, it will cost high at kanha but if u check in 5km radius it will be good investment
Best is bowrampet, mallampet, rameshearam banda, inole, indresham, which is connected to development zones.
The city took 10years to touch 0RR but still ORR zones are free now to invest. Don't go beyond ORR and don't waste ur money in dead investment.
