That's not funny! That's pretty much what happened to me! Except in my case it was Aigis who got charmed, so I completely lost control of the party, so yeah, even worse.
Poor Yukari, tormented over the loss of Minato. Glad she grew up into a fine woman for Arena Update/2 and is doing her best to spread hope to the people to lessen Minato's burden.
Oh Atlus, I love your Persona games so very much. You really hit the G spot of epicness and emotion. Persona 3 and 4 will remain in my heart forever :)
Its understandable why Yukari acts the way she does. She formed a close bond to Minato, and she couldn't talk to him before he died, and then Aigis gets his unique power. Its not really hard to understand Yukari, if you think about it rationally.

Well, she's mostly just annoyed at the fact Aigis took everything that was Minato's yet in the end hesitated to go into the past and save him. They had one choice out of two options: Go into the past and try to save him, or open the exit and escape the reocurring day. Of course, trying to save him is indeed the wrong option but tell that to a girl who couldn't even tell goodbye to the one she liked (Aigis did, since he died in her arms).

That's all fine and dandy, I can see that theory working. However that makes me wonder about Koromaru's evoker. Maybe it's a shock collar with high voltage? I think there is more to evokers than just blanks, but I'd have to look into it for sure.

I mean know you have performed some really stupid actions like trying to charm enemies when its pointless but you can't even hit an enemy when they are literally a walking punching bag, you just evolved into a new age of uselessness.
@mefistin Well, you CAN do that only in the new Persona 3 Portable, although this episode is removed (by that I mean The Answer), the thing that sucks even more is that when they are our allies, they use buff/debuff skills mostly because Yukari is a healer and Mitsuru is a strategic person, but nooo, when they are our enemies, they gain awesome skills that are used against you but not against the Shadows WTF
wow I haven't got that far in the answer but I didn't think that would happen I know they seperated but still. i lost my memory card too so I had to restart everything completely and i'm at like level 12 on the journey i've seen it beat though that last boss is fucking strong
Having this fight(Especially with all the reasons behind it) and having 'Heartful Cry' play in the backround makes me almost want to cry. Almost. But still, seeing friends fight isn't very good...the Music is badass though.
yukari and the mc are really a combined person in the sence that she dose the stuff the main charater would do if he wasnt silent. she runs the ghost story search. she run the background cheak on the krigo group. she helps misuru evolve her persona while they are in Kyoto. something our silent main character couldn't really do without making him speak. while she dose all this she is still her own character and has her own goals. she just lost another important figure in her life. lover or not

To add to that, the evokers actually shoot blanks if memory serves. It's the shock of actually shooting themselves that let's them summon their Persona. At least if my memory is correct. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

RPG's are great. Always has good plot and character development. Good game mechanics as well depending on the company making the game. Funny though ive only played pokemon, the persona series and mass effect though...not much experience from RPG's but loving it so far. :)
Yes, I know that, but for some reason, Yukari and Mitsuru don't. Even though they used Megidolaon at me continuously, I actually won the battle by having Metis attack them while I kept using Mediarahan on my turn. I'm quite sure they used Megidolaon at least a dozen times on me yet they still don't run out of SP.
I always imagined, what if Aigis just pulled out a Glock 19 and then shot Yukari and Mitsuru and have it at that.? But hey, I guess thats what Persona is.

Mitsuru reveals her still dubious "reasons" for joining Yukari after the end of this fight. Really weird because they were too emotional for someone of her personality. And yes, I also didn't like to fight against Mitsuru (my favorite female character) but I enjoyed beating the crap out of Yukari. I just imagined Susanoo smashing her with an ORAORAORA each time I attacked her XD.

But it is very different and despicable when when it makes you to believe that you have the right of hurting (even killing) and pitting other people, even you own friends, against each other just to fulfill your desires, which is what Yukari basically did here. There wasn't any other way to stop her than to fight her, she wasn't willing to listen to reason. Hell, even in the battle against her. she threatens Aegis to "tear her apart" with disturbing determination. Yeah, I know that it can be said that Aegis is not even alive, not really, she is a machine, and machines can be broken (I had to brought that Shepard quote LOL), but it makes me feel that she was more than willing to do the same to the rest of her teammates. In fact, she hardly reflected any regret for creating that situation until it was put to an end. Fortunately, she was stopped before she could do something really terrible and it seems that she learns the errors of her ways (after getting her ass kicked, that is).

Most satisfying win with Yukari... Thunder reign major damage + Metis gold hammer = KO... Lvl 90s don't hurt either

I didn't do the answer until after I beat the main game and got make lvl, and the best weapons. :) It was a lot of fun, but a bit on the easy side.
