Hi John, Brilliant!! I'm always trying to work out the roles of specific muscles, in specific movements and how their roles can change - like piriformis changing its action as external rotation to internal rotation relative to the flexion at the hip. Brilliant to see this and explained so clearly - and has just expanded my understanding.
