Write With Me | Christian Author Inspiration | No Music ASMR

Today we will write a Christian fiction novel together. Our session is only 1-hour with one short break for snacking, stretching, or even praying.
This video is a real-time ASMR writing session.
My name is Valicity Elaine and The Rebel Christian is my indie Christian Fiction publishing company. God has placed it on my heart to create a space where Christian authors and readers can gather in His presence to share, learn, and create together in peace.

I pray that u see this but Hello, I just wanted to say that I’m also a believer of Jesus Christ and I’m also on my walk with God. Today at school while I was watching asmr myself, because I find it relaxing as well, I heard the Lord say this is demonic, and that a spirit of slumber is behind all types of asmr, the same spirit that allows you to stay wide awake when watching tv or something your not supposed to, but once u pick up the bible to read it, you get sleepy and can’t even read for 20 minutes. I don’t know if I’m right, I’m going off of the voice I heard in my head (which came out of no where btw, and like earlier that day at school I prayed to God, because I keep speaking to God even when I’m at school and I told him to take control of all parts of my life because I want him to lead, then I got this thought a few minutes later) and I’m almost 100% sure it was God. I could be wrong or I could be right but I urge you to ask God in prayer and tell him to show u a sign of if what I’m saying is true, because I felt lead to comment this on your specific channel when I got this revelation. I also watched a vid about a Christian woman also saying it’s demonic. (@The Remnant Rising) So please take what I’m saying with an open mind and ask God if what I’m saying right or wrong. I even have experienced that when I’m not watching asmr and I’m outside walking somewhere or just in public, and if something triggers me and makes me feel like relaxed like I feel like my spirit wants to leave me or something and like I feel like ima drop down right on the spot, no joke this is what it feels like so I’m guessing that’s what that is, the demons attacking me,but yeah, God bless❤

To be honest, I don’t watch ASMR videos so I am unfamiliar with the sorts of forces that can be attached to secular versions of this content. I would recommend only consuming Christian content if you are having bad experiences with this.
This video is simply footage of me writing a Christian book, featuring a verse of the day for encouragement. It is not meant to relax anyone but to inspire Christian authors to write along with me.
I titled it ‘ASMR’ because that is simply the category it falls into-the same way Christian meditation is completely different from secular meditation. If some Christians feel more comfortable calling this content by a different name, perhaps just a ‘writing session’ instead of ASMR, that’s fine too. But there are no spirits except the Holy Spirit attached to this channel and its content lol
Again, I can’t speak for secular videos because I simply don’t watch them to begin with. But if you feel something is disturbing your spirit and your peace then it may be best to cut it out of your life, even if that means avoiding Christian videos too.
I truly hope this helps, but the best possible advice you can receive will be from your own pastor.

For someone wanting to write books, what resources would you recommend learning to get started? What apps?

Hmm… to be honest, I don’t use any writing tools or apps. I pray over the idea, write the outline and then when I feel the Holy Spirit leading me, I begin the story. I didn’t know there were writing apps lol

@@therebelchristian yea apps like Scrivener and the like. I have seen people use a variety of apps. Some just use Open Office, some use Google Docs or Word, and others swear by apps like Scrivener.
