There was a U.S. military man who wrote a book where he advises to make your bed everyday. If you are not capable of doing anything else all day, you will have done one thing by making your bed. I saw him on a talk show and realized he was correct. Every morning I make my bed, light dust furniture, quick clean of my bathroom, and run a dust mop over the upstairs floor and stairs. In the evening, I reset my downstairs area so it is ready if anyone stops by the following morning. Because I do this daily it takes 10 - 15 minutes in the morning and another 15 in the evening, not including kitchen clean. Because I do this daily it takes much less time to do my major weekly clean. Wish I had discovered earlier. Life would have been so much easier. Love the bears. We have bears in Florida, but you don't see them often. If you do see on the news, it is because they have to be relocated or were killed trying to cross interstate highways. Due to all the building, they come into the suburbs looking for food in the trash bins. They were here first and it seems that everyone wants them gone. 😢
@@janetgentry1846 this is so wise and this is my aim....make things easy for myself 😍😍. Also to have less dust.... There's a legal case in Italy because a man shot a Mumma bear 🐻 for no reason 😭
Hi Emma I so enjoy your videos. I especially like that you read your comments and share your faith and prayers. I’m watching from Tennessee and would like to ask prayers for California and the devastating fire that has destroyed so much.
Enjoyed watching you put the decorations away. I am still recovering from being in hospital. I have follow up appointments next week and am hoping for some answers for how to get well going forward. They say my body is not making any antibodies and that is why every little germ is making me so sick. Therefore, I can’t work and be around people. So I am having a hard time. I usually care for four small children. Two under one and two that are two. And they keep me busy and give me lots of joy. So I am struggling not to get depressed. I would enjoy a prayer card.
@@lisamalone5988 I really hope you get answers and feel better. How can you boost your immune system? Have you thought about trying a very good homeopath? I went to one when I was desperate and western medicine couldn't help me. To my amazement it worked. I pray 🙏 that things improve. Things will get better and you will not feel depressed.
Love the bear pictures! And about light - I do a sort of visualization every day, where I see the earth surrounded by beautiful white light, and I put prayers for peace into the light. And Emma, you are definitely getting tidier!
My eyes teared up hearing Mrs Bea's comment and hearing her pain and illnesses. Prayers for wisdom for the DR and meds and discernment for how to treat her better for relief. Pain is the worst.😢❤
In reply to the digital budget I purchased. It was a download for google docs (sheets) and is similar to Excel so could be used on a tablet, laptop or PC. I've never used it before and have found it easy to use. My only mistake was that I forgot about some payments when adding everything at first as I usually budget fortnightly and not monthly. It presented me with a lovely little graph of where money is being distributed to.
I have too much stuff too, and I’m sick of moving it from one place to another when I clean one room, i tend to just transfer things to another room. It’s so frustrating. I feel like all my time is spent shuffling items. I’m tired of it.
As for catching the bus, if you are able to drive your daughter then do that. I agree with so many other comments. I caught transport for nearly 10 years for schooling. Sometimes the cold was bad, but here in Australia when it was hot it was terrible especially if there were too many people or the air conditioning was not working. I now rarely use it. In the last 6 years I think I have used it 2 times. However, when I am away on holiday ( in Australia or overseas) I am more than happy to use any public transport system.
Looking forward to seeing you pull out your bag of Christmas items for donation in November. 😂 So excited that you are cleaning up your kitchen and shining your sink each evening! 🎉
I did a 3 day fast first 3 days of January. The first day I had a headache, but the other two days weren’t that bad. I had electrolytes and broth on the 2nd two days. I may do the fast with you on the 13th for 21 days, maybe I’ll give up apps on my phone. EXCEPT for UA-cam.
I have been taking 2 of my granddaughters to school since they started school because their parents work where they cannot do it. My dilemma is in the next school year the 11 year old will be going to middle school while her sister who is 8 will still be in elementary school. I wouldn’t put them on a bus unless there is no other choice
Thanks for sharing about the light from Matthew 5:15. It's easy for our light to get dim, especially when things are rough.
