Love the looks of these. We have done something similar just using two 1/2" pieces of plywood glued together cut into a circle about 3" larger than the hole on the tire. We then secured using carriage bolts, nuts, and washers securing inside the tire. You have a rubber edge this way and still have the trampoline effect. Paint them up and have fun. Used tires are great for obstacles. Love your videos.

Does it have to be a flat head screw? Would it work the same way with round head screws?
+Riley Ortega Any fastener would work. We just use low profile ones so they don't bite into your feet.
