@@aph1976 Social services has the power to take the kids away if they can get an emergency order. The doctor confirmed there were 4 little ones at home- so there were obviously some concerns for them too. If it had been one of the quads, the kid would be dead.
We know nothing will happen to Germhead Gemma because of plot armour, as if Macleod will axe a character. Just another crap storyline we all know the ending to..
