Yes, I have a heart attack everytime you go in barefooted. Especially with snakes, dude you're in Fla. please where boots with snakes so my heart calms down. I catch 6/7 ft snakes. But they aren't poisonous. Just black snakes.
Bobby, you should trim the plants around the pond because snakes like to hide in bushy plants. Love your videos, part 2 definitely. Keep up the amazing work!!
I am 72 yo female. We deal with 6 ft + (grand daddy) rattlesnakes in south Texas. A quality pistol grip snake catcher is a must have tool. Don't settle for a cheap light weight one. I would not trust a snake hook alone for your snake wrangler efforts. You did good, Bobby. Of course, your videographer was splendid as always 😁

But you're gonna save me a snake so I can break my wall so I can break. My mom's animal is A.Can she be praying in my mama?I'm with you brenda
Hey Bobby, we’ve missed you. Can you do another mystery pond reveal? Or your fish room, just your ponds, more stuff around your house to show us what you have now and how everything’s growing. Love to see how everything’s going
Bobby maybe a good idea to put a netting over the top of your ponds to prevent snakes getting in them. Also maybe a good idea to put some red tail catfish in every pond so if a small snake goes in it'll find the guard fish. Basic system of a wooden frame and netting to go over the top of the ponds. Don't forget to weigh the wooden frame down as an added precaution. The wooden frame can be lifted up for feeding and adding new fish whilst protecting your current fish at the same time.
I love all the videos about you saving, moving, and caring for your fish. Make whatever video you want, just be careful. Don't like seeing you get hurt, but have fun😊
I jst found this channel yesterday and I m so hooked on his vedios that I stayed awake all night and watched most of the vedios....they are really intresting😂😂

I see where you get your reactions from😂😂. I really enjoyed this one. Looking forward to the next. I can never predict what your coming up with next.
Welcome back Bobby! We have missed you ❤️ I will do a fish ID list for today’s episode in the morning, it’s 12:30 am here in Australia so I will probably just watch the video on its own for now. SPEAKING OF Bobby, have another look at the one I made last video, that Eel you caught is much more special than you might think! 😉 EDIT: Looks like I won’t even need to do an ID list cause we’re not catching anything new, but I will at least give you guys some edit on the snakes we have been finding. These guys are Banded Water Snakes (Nerodia fasciata), they are a non-venomous cloubrid snake that hunts not by venom or by constriction but by straight brute force, they usually patiently wait for prey to cruise by, where they will bite their prey and quickly overpower it and swallow it whole (once again, with no venom! Which is probably what happened to that poor bicher, likely didn’t get swallowed because of the spines), they typically feed on a variety of aquatic prey such as fish, turtles, lizards and frogs but will likely eat small birds and mammals too if given opportunity. They are also typically quite passive, choosing flight rather than fight. However, as some of you may have noticed they look terribly similar to Cottonmouth snakes (also known as water moccasins) which are HIGHLY venomous, so it is very, very important to tell which is which. Firstly, cottonmouths typically don’t have as defined patterns as banded water snakes do, and typically appear as almost a solid colour with faint patches of patterning. Their heads are also very sharp and angular almost arrow shaped VS the banded water snake’s much more rounded, almost capsicum/bell pepper shaped head. Cottonmouths also have a very iconic threat posture, they don’t typically run instead opting to curl up, and open their mouth showing off their pure white mouth, crunching their fangs and hissing (hence the name). I really hope all this info is really helpful to you in the future Bobby, because I don’t want you handling any cottonmouths by accident and getting tagged, it is not a pleasant experience! Ultimately though, if you can’t tell the difference by eye, it’d be better to not change it, don’t wanna risks a trip to the hospital! Luckily, I don’t think you’ve run into a Cottonmouth in a video before (at least not since I’ve started watching) as they tend to avoid completely aquatic environments as they’re not as well adapted to them as banded water snakes (be noted though, they still do prefer water to not water so you can never be too careful).
When Bobby said he will catch snakes today I thoght "Lol, the fish ID guy will have to make a snake list today, I guess," as a joke, and look at that, HE DID. On the same note, thank you Rogueisded for being the Fish ID Guy, makeing these lists. At this point it feels like your contribution is an integral part of the content and I'm excited about readibg it as I am about watching the video.
This was really funny. Good to see you slowly getting over your fear of snakes. You were right, those were all harmless brown water snakes. Someones gotta teach you how to use a snake hook lol, it's a very handy skill to have in Florida.
Bobby!! Please learn to identify the snakes. Snake bites are no joke. Helen, you should learn . Aren’t there scent deterrents you can place around your ponds that might help keeping them away? Stay safe and keep them videos coming 🫶🏻
Great video, Bobby! I suggest that you utilize a video camera that works under water. That way, you can show more interesting underwater views of all your wonderful fish.
It's good to have a healthy fear of snakes. It's so good to see you guys again. Be careful. I think you need to find a way to cover your ponds up. Could you bring in a snake expert to catch the snakes for you? It would be much better on your heart❤
They look like water snakes, so no worry about them being venomous. But yeah, they like a fish dinner. Good job facing that fear of snakes and keeping Bruce and company safe!
Most likely they don't have the colors of a copperhead and most likely if they were cotton mouths(water moccasins) they would have opened their mouths when threatened to show the white mouth they are named for
Those are Florida water snakes. Thankfully this guy is using native snakes to shoot this dramedy. Besides the BCI in the intro. You would never see that many in such a small pond unless it was very dry, aka august.
@@sdxfeiro The BCI was likely an escaped pet. That was in a video about 3 months ago. He did mention the water is heated, and I can't speak for where he's at in Florida, but here on the far southern coast of South Carolina, we've had several cold nights.

Tip on getting snakes go for the neck. That way they can’t bite you but if you graze there tail they can bite you. Hope this helps you in the future! 😊
I bet if you send Ed and Emily from Snake Discovery a message, they will help you with information. Or at lest start watching some videos from them as they educate about snakes.
It scares the crap out of me every time you're putting yourself in a potential position of getting bit by the wrong snake. I also live in Florida and know how fast an accidental bite can happen.
@kagalisenzumen I love them, and they come film here a lot. They actually have a video of our invasive species. A python breeding facility was destroyed during Hurricane Andrew back in the early 90s. That is where the problem started and took off.
I think its amazing what you do, you have such a caring personality! Even though you have a fear of snakes you still care for your fishes safety and risk yourself for them. Keep up the great work and awesome videos 😄

Excellent advice - just stop them from getting in in the first place xx

I’m scared of snakes too, so I don’t. I don’t blame you. And thank you for letting me watch your videos.
I love your videos! You impress me on how many species you can name off the top of your head!
Tip on getting snakes go for the neck. That way they can’t bite you but if you graze there tail they can bite you. Hope this helps you in the future! 😊
Hey mam im a big fane off ur videoss so much rhat i watch tjem every dayy byee
I bet if you send Ed and Emily from Snake Discovery a message, they will help you with information. Or at lest start watching some videos from them as they educate about snakes.
It scares the crap out of me every time you're putting yourself in a potential position of getting bit by the wrong snake. I also live in Florida and know how fast an accidental bite can happen.
They might also tell him which ones are considered invasive so they can get culled if needed.
@kagalisenzumen I love them, and they come film here a lot. They actually have a video of our invasive species. A python breeding facility was destroyed during Hurricane Andrew back in the early 90s. That is where the problem started and took off.
