I Discovered a Monster in My Pond!

- In today’s video, I discovered a MONSTER living in my pond! It all started when I gave my girlfriend 1 week to find the biggest fish possible to put into my mystery pond. And after spending over $6,000 on 12 monster fish, it was time for me to catch them out to find out what they are! But first, I needed to remove all the snakes that invaded my pond… I caught out 3 snakes but tempted by the monster fish, I decided to risk it and get into the pond! I started netting around and I caught some Oscar’s, clown knife fish, cichlids, turtles, catfish AND MORE! Then I ran into the first monster fish, but it was too strong for me and broke my net… After being attacked by multiple fish, I ended up catching a ton of monster catfish including a ripsaw, Irwini, redtail catfish, tiger shovelnose, and 3 giant freshwater sharks! But after catching the biggest fish yet, my girlfriend said that wasn’t even the biggest one… So I got back in the pond and netted some more and caught more RARE aquarium fish! But the monsters were getting too hard to catch, so I decided to start draining the pond… After draining some water out I discovered the biggest fish I’ve ever seen, a MASSIVE redtail catfish! I also found a rare albino lungfish, and more exotic catfish. But when it was finally time to catch the biggest fish out to put into my predator pond, it wasn’t easy! But after lots of struggling we were able to move all the monsters into my ponds! If you want a fish shopping spree part 3, leave a LIKE!

In case anyone was wondering, those orange snakes are called corn snakes! They're not venomous and are usually really calm, even when being picked up. They're actually a pretty common pet for that reason!

The orange snake was 💯 a red rat snake aka corn snake. Very cool find. You should study up on all the local and invasive snakes and lizards in your area. The more you know the safer you will be

Just water snakes they are harmless to humans. His fish on the other hand it will eat the smaller ones

Those are corn snakes. I have one as a pet. They are really cool and they rarely bite so you don’t have to be afraid of them.

I think they are Everglades Rat Snakes. Orange and highly sought after.
Corn snakes are generally reluctant to bite and mostly are calm gentle snakes to handle. From my experience.
Edit: brighter snakes means that the snake is done shedding and that baby corn could have shed in ur pond so.

Bobby, I think it’s time you got yourself some of those special big Koi nets for moving this size of fish. Great video, please don’t ever share how Helen wrangles these monsters. It’s just magical 😂
I'd be a bit more careful with the darker water snakes. The orange ones are corn snakes, non-venomous and often kept as pets. But the others are different. I believe most were just "water snakes" non-venomous as well. They often get killed by people mistaking them for water moccasins, aka cottons mouths. Those are venomous and you do not want to get bit by them. I'm not an expert, but that last dark snake that was kept in the cooler looked more like a water moccasin to me. I think it would be beneficial to look up if they live in your state. And while you do need to take more caution with those snakes, I wouldn't say they're aggressive. I watched a recent video of snake discovery where they found several water moccasins, and all of them were more concerned with leaving than trying to bite. But still, I still it would great to use a snake hook instead of a net or your hands when dealing with snakes you're not %100 certain aren't venomous.

Cottonmouths definitely live there in Florida - I grew up there with them coming into our back yard from a ditch beyond. However, from memory they are more aggressive and don't respond well to attempts at handling them - not that I ever tried to!

That Corn/Red Rat snake is known as the easiest one to keep. You don’t need heat lamps or UV lights and they are very chill and sweet

If your able to, grabbing a snake right behind the head would prevent the snake from biting you, so you could safely move it. But that's only if your able to grab it. Great video! Keep up the good work

I'm 17 minutes into the video and we still don't know the monster is. It blows my mind that a fish that large can hide and evade so well, even in such a small space.

Ok definitely need to do a part 3 I mean the challenge of topping this one would be difficult I mean there is really only 3 categories to go from at this point... rarity, size and cost I mean big Linda sure cost a good penny but the size definitely is the impressive part and the lung fish goes to the rarity side of thing... so needless to say a part 3 would be a challenge for her but be prepared if she doubled the budget again be prepared for it lol...
