Some (silly) people suggest that all Headmasters' Conference schools are public schools, mainly from people wanting their school to be considered a public school. Only the very ignorant would suggest that all private schools are public schools.

Just because he's brighter and more intelligent than most people does not mean that he is either bright or intelligent. In fact he is rather stupid. Quite well spoken, but centrally irrational.
