From the entrance of MCC the first two apartments complex were the presidential and vip suite. Everything else were the house for the employees. Then the cabin looking lodges were the general manager housing. Miss that old place 😢

I've seen some of your other videos, a fan! Seems like places could be fixed with low money, but would you want that? There's a piece of paradise there!!
All those abandoned places says Saipans economy is NO GOOD. PLUS Americans, and immigrants CANNOT OWN property there, they can only lease it unless they are of Carolinian/Chamorro roots. Who would invest in something they cannot own? Once the sweatshops got closed down, businesses bailed out. Saipans minimum wages wont support buying anything like that and why most bail to work here in Guam or in the mainland, ZERO Upward mobility or Retirements other than GOV jobs IN CNMI. Of note if Local TAN Holdings LLC aint investing in it, its basically worthless. If H2 workers stop working for those low min wages CNMI will sink. Great vid. I love SAIPAN but unlike Here in Guam, I cannot own anything there so here I am. Thanks for the upload.✌🏻

So just because the Economy WAS bad, does not mean it will ALWAYS be bad. It is highly unrealistic to think this. For example; IF thousands of Americans escaping the Chaos and Insanity of the U.S. decided to Move HERE to Saipan to find PEACE and Security, (something Americans DO NOT HAVE in the Mainland U.S. right now) Then we are talking about a major change in what is happening here in Saipan now. AND IT IS HAPPENING! More than 5 people that I know Moved here because of My Channel, probably many more, that I don't know about.
The U.S. Military is Building a Base on Tinian right now and all they Talk about is Worrying about China, which means Economic Growth for Saipan.
Saipan has better Beaches than Guam. 😁
As far as the "Rent" problem, SOMEBODY LEASED THIS LAND, AND BUILT ON IT BEFORE! Which Means they can Do it again! So that part of is is not an Issue.
I am not Targeting "Minimum Wage workers" on my Channel, I am Targeting American Real Estate Investors who HAVE MONEY, and Want to Escape the Chaos of the U.S. 😁
As far as the Investment Potential, Saipan is what you call a "Buyers Market" In PARADISE!! It is a U.S. Territory which makes it a Desirable Place to Live for American Citizens.
Americans ARE COMING HERE! All you have to do is walk around here and you will see it Everywhere, and Russians are coming here too. More People, More Potential renters.
As far as the Golf Course Golf people are normally RICH compared to the Rest of the World, so out of all the people in the World who could Afford to invest GOLFERS have the Money to Invest! So the Potential for Investment in these places is Good.

Unfortunately I cannot give out the Location and Details to anyone unless they are Investors because there are many people here on this Island who like to Steal anything they can, and smash things up and destroy stuff.
