I bought it on dvd and some of the cheap-ass discs won't even play. Fred probably had Julio Fuentes copying them at his "junkeria", or "supermarket of junk".

It isn't, Columbia House released it around the late-90s. Strange that it has the green FBI warning screens normally seen on Disney tapes however.

Oh. I'd bet the Karl-Lorimar warning screens normally seen on Warner Home Video tapes in the early 90s.
