This is actually a 2000 VHS, Columbia-TriStar TV Distribution didn’t come into place until 1996, and the copyright date on the tape says 2000.

@@TheaterPup No worries. Also, do you happen to have the full tape digitized? I was wondering if I could rip some other portions of the tape for my channel.

We start off with the Re-TV Video library logo, consisting of a rewind button and a red oval on a waving yellow background. The text "re-tv video library BROUGHT TO YOU BY COLUMBIA HOUSE" appear. Then, it shows a red background featuring a montage of clips from classic shows; with the text reading the catchphrases. Then, it zooms out to see the Re-TV logo from before, and we see a blue background featuring another montage of classic shows; with the text reading the catchphrases. Then, the Re-TV logo is formed; and we see the same Re-TV Video Library logo from before. Then, the Re-TV logo flies up on a rounded rectangle, and the TV show's title fades in onscreen, with the episode title fading in and out, and the episode's air date fading in onscreen. A short version starts with the Re-TV logo appearing on a waving yellow background, and the Re-TV logo flies up on a rounded rectangle, and the TV show's title fades in onscreen, with the episode's title fading in and out, and the episode's air date fades in onscreen. The closing version features the Re-TV Video Library logo appearing on a waving yellow background, the Re-TV logo flies up on a rounded rectangle, and we see the text reading the company's contact address onscreen: "For Customer Service 1-800-457-0866 (c)The Columbia House Company", and then, it fades to "In Canada write to: Columbia House Video 815 Middlefield Road Scarborough, Ontario Canada M1V 3M3". This was seen on Collector's Edition VHS tapes released by Re-TV Video Library from 1996 to 2002, such as The Dukes of Hazzard: The Collector's Edition; the first Collector's Edition tape to use this logo, Star Trek Voyager: The Collector's Edition, Sanford and Son: The Collector's Edition, The A-Team: The Collector's Edition, Knight Rider: The Collector's Edition, Green Acres: The Collector's Edition, Airwolf: The Collector's Edition, Wonder Woman: The Collector's Edition, Who's The Boss?: The Collector's Edition, and Family Ties: The Collector's Edition. The last tape to use this logo was The Carol Burnett Show: The Collector's Edition.👍

That same FBI Warning screen appears on my The Carol Burnett Show tape, which my dad got several years ago at a store called Rerun.

Where can I hear the fanfare music that started at the beginning of the Star Trek videos?
I remember watching one tape from Columbia House Video that had this trumpet playing a mellow introduction for each episode.

I tell you, that CPT/C-T plastering was not a smooth one, at the very least.
