  • Johnny Cash and his stunning 107 acre Bon Aqua Tennessee farm. It was a once in a lifetime experience for us! It made Johnny, or J.R. as his family knew him, a man who was not only larger than life, but fun, enigmatic and full of life! We got to tour the Storytellers Museum just down the road, full of surprises any country music fan would want to see as a surprise bonus, making it an epic day! Oh, the stuff we learned! !

It would be hard to ever classify it as "old," I guess...lol! Thanks for the visit!

I wish that museums would be more open to content creators filming. It actually encourages visitation because people will want to see the exhibits with their own eyes. The Bon Aqua, Tennessee Farm is a gem of Johnny Cash memorabilia. Love his music! I got in to it after watching "Walk the Line."

I think museums and the like would do better letting what they have in store be broadcast...I think a lot of people would want to see it up close! Thanks for the visit!

It was a lot of information for us to take in in such a short time! We THOUGHT we knew who Johnny was, but really didn't! Thanks for the visit!

Loved this guy. He was one of my dad’s favorites. I saw him with my family as a kid at a concert in the park in the Dallas area. This was really cool. Lots of things we didn’t know about Johnnie Cash and June Carter. Did see his house on a tour one time; also as a kid with my family.

We never got to see Johnny in concert unless it was on tv...A larger than life show, I would have to imagine! Glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for dropping in!

Wow. This was such a cool video. Our parents all loved Johnny Cash and we enjoyed so much of his music as well. We just really respected him as a person and as a man of faith as well. Thanks for sharing this with us!

I'm currently reading Vivian's book. It's so neat to see his handwriting and the boundless love he had for her that's so clearly shown in those letters she included.

That is just too neat! I never realized that you could visit Johnny Cash’s farm! It looks like Johnny too! A classic country home!
If I am ever in the Nashville area, I just might have to make a swing by! 😉

"Rustic" for sure, but it fit our image of what Johnny would like. Thanks for watching!

@@OffRampAdventures also at Bristol Va we also have the birthplace of country music museum. Bristol TN has the Tennessee Earnie Ford house, his childhood home. plenty of history here.
