3 days ago we had our first hatch with the 360. All 22 hatched and lived they doing awesome. Ive never had 100% hatch. They are awesome incubator. Thats for video
I have 9 goose eggs I am wondering if this would work for them it seems to be a well reviewed incubator. I have an incubator but it’s much smaller and I’m not sure it’ll be big enough for goose eggs
I place my eggs in and don't have to think about them again for 18days. You then take out the turner, add water bring humidity up to 65-70%, and you're good until hatch.
Great video and review. I purchased this incubator and we are on 3 days to hatch. It's our first time to use it. One thing I wanted to share was the egg turner should be removed at 3 days to hatch to give the chicks plenty of room to hatch. Hope your 2nd hatch is equally successful!
Thanks Stacy! The turner actually stops turning at 3 days out so you don’t have to remove it, but it would give a little extra room for sure! Thank you! It was! We’re on our third batch, but hatching quail!
I noticed the same thing. Limits the chick from rotating the egg during hatching and can increase likelihood of exhaustion, weakening the chicks. The directions say once the egg turner light goes off (last 3 days) remove the egg turner from the incubator base.
@@edersonsantos98 it shuts off automatic but you should take it clear out for hatching so chicks have a little more room to maneuver during hatching...

Thanks for the review bud. I just picked this unit up today, and will be using it for my first hatch. Doing 8+ O Shamo, and a dozen Black Australorp eggs. Thanks for the tidbit on the humidity control too. I'll be looking at it every 5 minutes, but that's just because I have a massive bird addiction lol.
Since this video we hatched out a dozen more chickens and almost 20 quail! The thing works! Oh... and we might have a bird addiction being created here also haha
Thanks for the review , iv'e been looking at this one and read tons of reviews about it. This seems like a reasonable price , for what a brinsa cost and considering that the nurture right got better reviews .
I was shopping to replace my worn out foam bator when I saw this one on the shelf at Tractor Supply. Bought it. What the heck, im older , can afford it, and thought, " why not get top off the line?" Looks like it was a good move. will pay for itself in one year.
I think I will take it to work and hatch a batch in the break room for employee entertainment. Then the ones who raise chickens can take some peeps home.
Thank you for your video! We have been looking at this incubator and felt pretty sure about it. After watching your video, we decided to buy it. So exciting!!
Nice review. I like running 35% to 40% humidity makes air cells large enough for easy hatching. Chicken eggs should loose 14% of their initial weight over first 18 days.
Thanks for the Vid. Mama Hen had 11 and didn't take good care of them ( I'm guessing her 1st clutch). We had a cold snap and lost a few. I purchased the Kibonnix that holds 12 eggs and so far so good. YI plan on buying this one tomorrow so I don't run the other one so soon, it might burn it up. Looks like a good hatcher for the money.
Do you not clean up your eggs a little before incubating? Not washing to get rid of the bloom but somehow brushing off? Or are those duck eggs. Those are always going to be dirty, right? LOL! I thought I read somewhere that I should use as clean eggs as I can and to also spray them with a 50/50 water/original listerine spray to help avoid bacteria/parasites getting to the new babies when they start to hatch. I've only attempted hatching once and out of 9 eggs, even though 3 maybe 5, were viable, only one hatched. I learned that I could have spent $50 more than I did on my first incubator and gotten this one where I can control the humidity, would have probably yielded a much better result. Nice unboxing video. Thank you for sharing. My Nurture Right 360 should get here today and my next batch of English Buff Orpington Hatching eggs will be here on December 4th so I'll have time to get the thing set up properly before the eggs get here thanks to your unboxing. :)
It's crazy that charge 1:35 for that incubator at Tractor Supply when you can also get the farm innovators 4250 the holds 41 eggs does the egg turner for 129 99
Not really comparable, but in Canada the only source wants 3 times the price and has bad reviews on follow through. I think they're on drugs or something. Most suppliers that have this 360 don't ship to Canada, or are sketchy re-sellers. Amazon should police these re-sellers.
One thing the instructions don't tell you is you leave the hatched chicks in the incubator for 24 hours. Then when you remove them you need a red bulb heat lamp set 18 inches from the bottom.
I don’t know, I was bought one but it didn’t hatch very well, not sure that the problem is the incubator or the eggs not produce notsure, I need to return but it was over one month already
Across the board this incubator consistently gets the highest positive reviews. Price in Canada? Two/three TIMES the US price, and I can't source it. 2020
Ever since I started washing my eggs and rubbing 3% hydrogen peroxide on them I've gotten a WAY better hatch rate. It's a old trick I read up on and I went from a 60% hatch rate to 95% and sometimes 100% hatch rate.
Really hope this thing works cause the price of food is going up and F greedy corporate businesses that dont need the money they're squeezing people out of.
It's been a long time since I used this, but If I remember... just let it run and get to the temp and humidity you need it to... then put the eggs in and you'll be good
It almost looked like a good design. if only they put the egg turning motor on the top and had a connection rod to the lower part the nthe entire bottom could be submurged and cleaned after a hatch. The way it is not the top has the fan and heater which can be submurged and the bottom has the egg turning motor so it will be difficult to clean as well...
