I would love more specific styling, and (natural-fiber clothing) links, for us rectangle-shaped women. I was always an hourglass until menopause, but my waist is 4 inches bigger now (age 64) than in my youth, even though my weight is the same as on my wedding day. We just store body fat differently as we age, and no dieting or exercise can change that. I would rather style around this problem than get plastic surgery, but finding clothes that fit my size 4 hips and 8/10 waist is really a problem, especially in trousers/jeans. Thanks for considering my request, dear Jamie❤

loved the barrel jeans on you! and the longer jean shorts on Adriene look great on her, she said she would have sized up but they look perfect on her
Thank you so much! Yes those shorts fit, but I was afraid I would avoid wearing them because they were a little uncomfortable. I’m more comfortable with the boyfriend style that’s not quite so fitted. I know myself, and I have to feel comfortable to feel confident! 😊

@@adrianneroy7286 I know what you mean! I also am more comfortable, literally and just mentally, wearing clothes that are not too fitted. I too tend to gravitate towards the so called boyfriend type styles when it comes to bottoms. I am also a so called 'pear' shape. But again you did look great in those more fitted style shorts fwiw!
I have already done a lot damage this year at Old Navy! Never found so many nice pieces before-especially the linen!
They have been making some really nice styles the last few seasons! And I love their linen as well!
Loved that jumpsuit on Adrianne. I also have a difficult time finding a jumpsuit to fit because I am taller.

Thank you! Like I said in the video, my normal size is medium but it was just too short. The medium tall was too long for me, so I went with the large even though it had a little more room in the body. Hope that helps!😊

Loved this video! Your sister-in-law is just as sweet as you! I have never been one to shop at Old Navy, however, I’m considering getting the barrel leg jeans! I’ve been hesitant to try a pair because I didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on a style that may be completely outdated next year. I think the Old Navy pair is the way to go. This was a fun video! I love Old Navy, so I was excited to see the pieces you chose. I have the barrel jeans in a darker wash and I just love them! The "bowed leg" look is not too exaggerated on them and I think they're really flattering! 😊

Great video. Loved everything but the barrel jeans. Even on your tiny frame they seem weird to me. Probably an age thing as I am older and somewhat slow to embrace new trends. Guide dog is gorgeous as is your sister in law. 😊

I’m sorry, but denim cutoffs don’t seem very current to me. I know many women consider them basics, but I think there are fresher-looking shorts styles out there now. Just my humble opinion, and I’m not a big denim fan anyway, unlike most American women.
Ya, that are definitely a common item. We love them but we are definitely denim people! But I agree there are lots of other good options our there now!
