I played soccer year round growing up and had been in a car wreck that threw me into and over a guardrail coming off a highway and almost heading into a retention pond and I almost died from it. I also jumped off of a ledge that was around 14-16ft high and slipped on my landing and it hurt soo bad. But I have never broken a bone and I’m 26.
