My 3 year old son introduced me to You Tube & today I actually looked up some of my favorite celebs. Your collection of Garland-Minnelli-Luft videos is quite impressive! I read Lorna's book a few times (I reread my fave bios) and it's so nice to see her in real life as opposed to just Grease 2. What a fascinating family. And I DO believe Lorna resembles Judy, just not as much as Liza. Thanks for the great videos!
Judy was a very talenred gifted and wonderful and funny lady and her kids were awesome too and Judy would be very proud of Lorna and Liza and proud of her son Joe too !
Very much! I'm a Travel Consultant & get over to the UK once a year, so I'm also thrilled to see Loose Women. That has to be my favorite Brit show. I can't wait to access the final part of the Sister interview when I go this Spring. You get more of Lorna in the UK than in America, it's good to see. I suppose people sort of expect offspring to almost be like a clone in resemblance to their mother/father but I think Lorna Luft,s loks are a blend of both her mother and father meaning only 50% of her came from her mother,while Liza Minelli just looks more heavily like her father Vicente Minelli.
@cynthiacher 1- me too I read about Judy,everyone says that blame the mother and MGM. Judy was 15 years old, did not take the pills only have given them to him. The Judy's fault is not stopping by adult. She was looking for love, but many have only used. like her mother! For me Judy was sincere. But in the end only Judy and her mother know the truth!

Meet me in St. Louis is a outstanding film, as a matter of fact, I read somewhere that it was the first musical movie that wasn't about putting on a show. The music became part of the story. For example, Judy's character had a crush on the boy who lived next store, hence she sings a song called the boy next store. If you are a fan you know all her movies. One of my very favorites is PRESENTING LILY MARS. I LIKE ALL HER MOVIES.
This is not a slight to Lorna, but I think she favors Ethel more than anyone. And sorry to say this also, but if it weren't for this so-called "monster" named, Ethel Gumm, we would not be writing these comments today. Think about that...
I don't think Lorna looks ANYTHING like Judy. If I didn't know she was her daughter I would never guess it. Liza looks more like her father but has Judy's eyes and in lots of pictures from the 70's and 80's she looks a lot like Judy. Just depends on the angle of the photo.P.S. Lorna needs to stop talking about Judy and singing her songs. THAT'S ALL SHE DOES!!!!! If she stopped though, she'd have no career. Also her voice AND Liza's voice are both gone!!!! They both need to stop singing.

One was a tribute to her kids, the other was the Christmas show, WHAT THE HECK WAS WRONG WITH THAT. SHE WASN'T TRYING TO MAKE MONEY OR FAME OFF OF THEM LIKE HER MOTHER DID, FOR GOD SAKE. LIGHTEN UP.

she is a true movie icon and i look up to her so much no selena gomez or miley cyrus will ever be like JUDY GARLAND
when Lorna was younger and had brown hair she looked a lot like Judy.
Liza looks more like her father if any of her parents.
I suppose one can't blame her, but Lorna has a hard edge that i didn't expect.
