I want to replicate my moms favorite but discontinued ice cream for her birthday and it has caramel swirled through it. Do you recommend this caramel recipe for that purpose or should I use a different one? Love your videos by the way!

I have a story with this Magnum chocolate ice cream. When I was in college I was so dirt poor. I tell myself I need to graduate to find work and afford to buy a magnum ice cream because this product is expensive in my country. Yes, 1 dollar is a huge money already in my country. So now that I'm working and earn and save money I bought my dream ice cream but I only bought it once cuz I feel guilty because it's expensive and I need to save up money lol. From then, I only tasted this ice cream once. When I tasted it the chocolate is so rich and creamy. It tasted like high end. Probably because it's real chocolate with cocoa butter instead of vegetable fat. And I loved it. But it's too sweet for me so I'll probably never eat Magnum again lol

You should get ultrasonic scaling done on your teeth & then brush for a few weeks with a sensitivity-reducing toothpaste. That should permanently get rid of the sensitivity.
(Getting scaling done first is very important).
Also get your teeth checked for any cavities in case the sensitivity is being caused by dentine exposure due to caries.

click on the link to see your local time for it. Get all your baking questions ready and if you want to bake along with me make sure you have the following ingredients weighed out ready to go:
220g (7.76 ounces) or 1 3/4 cup icing sugar (powdered sugar)
120g (4.23 ounces) or 1 cup plus 1 Tbsp almond meal
120g (4.23 ounces) or 4 egg whites
80g (2.82 ounces) or 1/3 cup plus 2 tsp caster sugar
200g milk chocolate
70mL cream
piping bag or large ziplock bag if you don't have a piping bag
non-stick baking paper and oven tray
