When my daughter was born in 2003, she was jaundiced and they put her under a heat lamp of some sort for hours at a time and I was freaked out that she would be lost or something crazy like that so I went along and sat outside a glassed off area with a little vented window between us and I sang this song over and over and over to her whenever she seemed upset or restless - I bet I sang it 200 times in a 24 hour period or at least snippets of it - great tune, great memories!

Love this. Howard is the master of getting people to perform at their rawest most beautiful form.
They don’t have much of a choice when they get on a show like his. They’ll get called out the world over.

Ryan Karazija from Low Roar is the only one I think has a better calming voice. His music and voice is outright hypnotic. Look up Low Roar - Breathe In.

A long time go, Coldplay played in a festival in Denmark. Chris was in tent listening to a band. Between songs, I finally got the nerve to go up to him and thanking him for songs like Yellow. I felt great after that. Cool dude.

Chris said he was in wales when I came up with yellow, that was at Rockfield studios they recorded their first album there, some big names at that studio, Oasis, Coldplay, iggy pop, simple minds, queen recorded bohemian rhapsody there.
His talking and singing voices sound so different
To sit with someone that talented and creative and just be part of that would be an awesome experience. I am in awe of people who can do this so seemingly effortless!!

What I love about Chris is that, even though he's not a trained musician, he has a great musical ear. He naturally knows what chords should be combined to form a great song. Many musicians don't have that talent.
