In this video i talked about the benefits of waking up early. I have been waking up early from past 3 years & now it is kind of my habit i can wake up early without alarm clock as my brain is working as a alarm clock ⏰.
Waking up early made me more disciplined, more productive & i am regular in physical activity. Its not easy to leave the comfy bed 🛌 but it all worth it in the end of the day.

It felt good today to get up naturally at 3:57 AM. Where I live (northeaster US) it's winter and sunrise is around 7:30 AM. I've been up for over two hours and it's still night. I love having the "me" time to be productive in mornings when i get up early. I usually wake up for the day between 4 AM and 6 AM, 4-5 AM in summer and 5-6 AM in winter.

Sir can u please tell me ke 2024 ke Russia Jane wali batch ko kya Russia mai 7 sal rahna padega 6 years mai intership included hoti hai but nmc ke rule ke hesab se apko pura 1 year sirf intership kaarna hoga to kya 7 sall Rukh kar intership karna hoga ?
