    Hey Adam , thanks so much for the ongoing content and all your videos! A while back i listened to one where you mentioned a framework of questions your former Creative Director gave to the team in order to justify their work really quickly.     Hi, I am hoping to get into a creative director position in the video field in my career. I have extensive background as filmmaker but am wondering, what positions do you recommend to build out my resume that are more leadership driven?
