  • In this video, you see my (slow) first attempt at going down the Pine Mountain East loop trail in Cartersville, GA. It's pretty rough and steep compared to what I am used to riding, and especially being on a hardtail. The Kona Honzo holds strong as usual and handles it well. I'm definitely going to be back to ride this trail in both directions and get faster on it. The only downside is that bikes are only allowed on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
    Thanks for watching!

Damn nice job riding and recording this! Looks like chin mount but I can’t tell which GoPro or superview/wide settings you’re using. I keep testing the 11 black, I finally got results on it running the labs firmware. Great video you were flying!

It doesn’t look nearly as fast as it feels for sure! This is recorded with the chin mount and using a hero 9 black with the super view setting. Thanks for watching!

@@CoastinWithNick that was my first guess! Something about the Hero 9 is just amazing especially chin mounted. Totally understand the sensation of speed viewing vs riding it and feeling it! I use the hero 11 black, superview, what I've found is that the bigger sensor looks slower, the 10 and down have 4:3 stretched and 11/12 8:7 not stretched but cropped to 4:3 then stretched, making for slower looking footage, hyperview is really superview on the 11/12 but it's so gooey to me, just my opinion but I'd rather use a 9 or 10, great job man!!
