    Looks scrumptious. Did I hear that correctly, the toast was clotted cream brioche? Never heard of that before but it sounds beautiful, do you have a recipe you would recommend?

    Just wondering how many days could this pickled egg yoke stay in the fridge after the 3 days of curing?
