Abandoned Virginia Mills and Stairway of Doom

Come along today as we urban explore Richmond Virginia. This features Abandoned mills. The most dramatic part of this exploration was climbing down the spiral staircase. This was met with some difficulty as it was not connected to the main staircase. The brick façade of the mill could date back to the late 19th century. The staircase along with the rest of the explore was an early-mid 20th century addition. The mills include a large mill site along the James River, and an introduction to Belle Island hydroelectric plant. Let me know if you guys would like to see a full exploration of Belle Island.
