- Today I’m driving through Windsor estates to show you inside a community that is seen as one of Guyana’s High End Private Housing Development.
Great video. Unbelievable homes. Guyana has come a long way. I'm happy for the younger generations.
Younger generations especially the ones who are from Guyana and live and work there cannot afford anything like this! Most Americans can’t afford a $1M house. This is nothing to be proud of!

Leaving suburbs in the US to go live in a suburb in Guyana and have to pay $1M USD. No thanks, I better get lots of land for that kind of money. Also, they would have to give me a full guarantee that robbers will not come in at night.

1 million USD, just go to the US and get a great home. These houses in the US would be 450k USD more or less in the US in the majority of the states minus the high cost of living states.
Where are the stoo and yeild signs, and road markings. How do you know to make left or right turns without markings or signs, or signals !?
Yes! As the old people used to say. Now ya talkin. The other communities need better roads and curb appeal. Cut all those bushes and weeds also clean the gutters.
Are you able to access other developing gated communities, where land and property are still available for purchase?

Who the hell can really afford this! These are nice homes, but definitely not even worth $500,000 US.
The country does not have an economy to support this type of prices. So you know majority of guyanese, who actually live and work in the country would never be able to afford a home like this. SAD!
1 mill for that? My home in Atlanta is USD$700k and far bigger. I'm better off living in the US. Real estate in guyana is ridiculous!

Most of the homes u see in the video are around the 100-150 usd mark .. But u have few exceptions that range almost 1million ..

People Have a hard time Listening to some most of These homes are around 28 million Gt .. But u have maybe bigger homes more reaching almost 20million guyana$ . Most of these homes is around the 100-150$ usd $ mark.
