hmm So I have an Old door! with an old handle on like antique handle.. im going to do this paint on the door. Then with Red and other pop our colors, put a Music notes, a Heart, the = signs. and me and my partners hand prints, and i might right some stuff on it. then put it up i my hosue as art? good idea?
I did my family room with this brand metallic with an HVLP sprayer and did not use a colored primer, two coats and it is a deep rich finish. I used a persimon type color
Really beautiful faux treatment! Like others have mentioned, it would be nice to know if the brown you are blending is the same as the base color? I'm also curious if there is a particular reason why you use glaze with some techniques and not others? The Smush and the Cascade are my two favorites of the videos you have posted. Thank you!
just painted the living room orange.. depending on the lighting in different areas, and the time of day it looks everywhere from really nice to deadly awful.. i have a gold paint section in an adjacent room and i'm wondering about the smush technique with gold metallic over orange ... maybe it'll go from bad to worse. the room is not empty and repainting is an awful thought...
This is a great tutorial... and I love the word "Smush" ... the only thing that bothers me, is there is a noise or background music that was contrasting and interfering with your voice... (you have beautiful voice) ... it was hard to understand some of your words... but I love this video... "Thank YOU" so much for sharing... :)
Absolutely beautiful! Can you please give us more painting ideas, like this one?

Yes, i wanted to know too if the brown BASE color is the same as the latex brown you used? So just 2 paints total for this project?
