Your video has helped me a LOT!!!! I have a few questions. How can I contact you? I am exporting in IFC4 and the openings are not exporting and exploding my walls. Thank you!
If I have been using renovation filters in Archicad does this affect the way in which the file will be read in Revit. Should I make 2 export files for the project? "Existing Plan" and "New Status"?
Hi Frank, First of all great tutorial! What is solution if I want to export elements in revit as it should be like wall, floor etc... and not like generic model?
Hi Frank ,,,I'm also need that solution for export the wall , floor , stairs etc to revit from archicad ,,,, because i need to make a template in revit which the exact details in the archicad file,,,, please make some time to clear that doubt @@frankenstein7-77
😀😀I like to hear that you gossip about your colleague who uses Revit lol, I love Archicad and Revit both... maybe my archicad is too bad, so..........and its easy in Revit to create those scheduals .. just wondering the warning were some elements can not join together, like these "beams", can you just simply join them again in revit use the trim/extend tool? thanks!
It's somewhat easier to create in Revit, I just think that ArchiCad makes it easier to manipulate when in terms of adding properties and sub-categories

Hi Frank!
Nice video. Could you maybe supply us with the IFC translators? Most of the settings/elements are not visible in mine...
Okay but give me a few hrs. I'm not close to my PC right now

Do I have to install those translators..... Or they are automatically in the software when installed?
