    thanks for the video, but CF is not in some places like Lambeth Area, I was looking for this provider, but I need to wait, How long ? I don't know.

      Might be worth using another provider in the meantime, like BT or maybe Hyperoptic if they're available.

    Been with CF for 2 years. I am moving out and CF is playing hard ball to accept my notice. My contract in expiring in two weeks. I fail to understand why the customer service is so bad. They do not address issues by emails, insist on calling their customer services. The CS staff is always lost wanting to pass customers around. Never call back when they have promised to. I can see this business disappearing which would be sad. It started with a good service and now is sinking.

    their installer engineers are absolutely disgusting lazy and incompetent.
    in order to save time they tricked an old lady into having them drill the hole in the kitchen wall and installed it in their kitchen instead of taking the time to do it through door or front wall. and then didn't bother to test it.
    all just so he could go home 1hr early.
    who installs a modem in a kitchen? the only worst place he could have chosen is the shower room. kitchens have steam, water, vapor, fire doors, microwaves, food molecules etc all that will affect the signal or destroy the modem.
    absolute laziness and incompetence. and it wasn't the first time either.
    choose another company if you have the choice. frankly that worker should be sacked. but they won't.

      It's worth asking, especially if they mentioned you getting the newer one when buying.

    Total joke... I live in London and have their leaflet drop through my door telling me of their competitive prices. When I go to their website put in my post I am told that they are not in my area!! I dont think they survive because at the way they are operating they will not get enough customers...I live in the heart of wembley and I still cannot get the service even after 6 years when i first enquired after them. Jokers

      @@ArtFaulkner It operates on its own cable network, including for its TV service, rather than relying on Openreach for its connections

    Any body is having your fibre with this company be very care with the engineer, they steal your dress for their girl friends or for their mother,, cause i had my beautiful dress stolen by the engineer , i bought a dress 10pound but it was beautiful dress so i was going to on hoilday back home and I look everywhere for it and is gone, dress do not walk out the door on their own and the engineer are in denial, i didn't have chance even to wear it or go on holiday, and i rang up the customer service he said the i misplace it so okay i can't find it should it be on my sofa, the engineer are thief.

    More like a Community disaster! 3 days after installation, router needs restarting every hour or it goes out of service completely! So far the most UNreliable broadband together with power hungry set up 36 watt being constantly on with dropping connections frequently. Please disconnect me and cancel my contract, I don’t want to be a part of your community 😂
