I have a unique pairing this year that I at least consider interesting, but it's still just a corn snake clutch. 😜 I use regular blue Dawn for cleaning pinkies before scenting. Sometimes just cleaning them can help make them more appetizing.
Awesome informative vid o. Not boring at all. Ive just been looking up the no pest strips to purchase now. So thank you. Keep doing what your doing as im loving it.
Just found you. I'm loving your videos as i have been looking for information on green trees for a bit now and it seems to be all over the place. I hope to own a couple of these snakes ay some point soon. But for someone like me who can even buy a pair of tongs without researching the heck out of it, it is great to have a source of information that has keeped and breed green trees for so long. Thank you
I have never really been into Emeralds or Green Trees but yet I have watched nearly every single video of yours. You have awesome videos and great information!!!
Hi Gary do you have any recommendations on where to pick up the flagyl online? I found a couple places, but they seem to be outside the U.S. I have 2 Chondros and want to keep some Flagyl on hand.
David, in the past, I've only been able to find liquid Flagyl on-line, and when it comes to tablets, if you have a regular vet, they'll typically provide you with a couple of tablets when asked. Best of luck!
@@gsreptiles5606 Thanks Gary I have to take my dog to the vet this week so I'll inquire about the Flagyl gor the snakes. You're videos are awesome for info to someone who's new to Chondros.
The smaller the meal offered to newborns the better. Temperature of offered prey to young is important if frozen thawed. scenting helps sometimes. Live prey sometimes trigger a good feeding response. tubs are better for the young at first they appreciate the privacy. I'm sure you already know all this stuff . Sometimes a most common step can be forgotten even by pros. I'm by far no expert in the field of tree pythons and boas. husbandry, enclosures, stock from reputable CB breeders and recreating a similar environment to their needs should help immensely.
Great video and information. I'm a ball python keeper for now but definitely going to acquire some green tree python's when I've learned enough about care and husbandry. 👍🐍
I love these videos so much. The blend of comedy and information is perfect.
What would one use to treat for parasites? Haven't had them tested yet just was woundering if theres something I could use myself.
Tried both of them neither worked
I love how the basin is yawning while "the guy making the video is talking about dozing off"
All arboreals are like fine wine. They get better as they age
Nice video Gary! 🐍😎🐍
Can you do a video on how you set up your 4 foot cages
Fantastic Gary. Ke$ha for the win 😅
I have 4 snakes.. If they have mites.. Can I use it in the same room where are aquariums with fish
Yes.....

So the strips won’t kill the snake right?
Getting my first Chondro in a couple weeks so excited!!! Thanks for the knowledge
To you poke a small hole in the deli cup with the no pest strip or not?
Will that hot stuff kill tarantulas or scorpions
Are the pest strips safe for baby snakes? We have amazon tree Boas, ball pythons, and carpet pythons.
Great video thanks for taking the time to share.

Hi Gary!
How long is the shelf life of no pest strips if unopened? Im thinking about buying it as a precaution because I have to order it from Europe.
Hmmm..great question. I would think several years (but not positive)! Thanks for watching!
Tremendous

Excellent suggestions thank you
What happens if you use the pest strips and there is substrate in the cage?
If the mites manage to burrow deep in your substrate, the fumes from the pest strip may not reach them. Therefore it is best to remove it.
