AST SpaceMobile has proven technology that delivers cellular broadband connectivity directly from space to everyday smartphones. Space X doesn't. Space X's Starlink satellites do not connect to smartphones in the way AST Bluebird satellites do. With Starlink you must buy a kit to receive the Starlink signal and pay a monthly fee for service. AST Bluebird satellites beam 4G/5G signals directly to your smartphone through the already provided cell phone service that most us of pay for from companies like AT&T, Vodafone, Rakutan Mobile, American Tower and Bell Canada.
When investing in a startup, one must be patient. You don't boom overnight. When the full network of satellites is up and running, this company will easy be selling shares for $100+ per share.

Correct. Only AST Spacemobile will be able to deliver 5g broadband and voice call to an ordinary phone. Elon Musk will struggle with voice at 3G because of small antenna on satellites and ASTS has been developing a solution for voice since 2017 which is much harder than data because of the delay between start and stop in conversations.
