- Here is a quick walkthrough of how I rig my Old Town Sportsman Autopilot 120 for bass fishing. I've now used the kayak for a full season and it has been a beast! I highly recommend it!

Nice set up!
Thanks, dude!
Awesome build, I have one on order myself and am wondering what size blackpak you put in.
Hey buddy awesome video! Where can I purchase the box with the rod holders
You have to have 200 lbs of tackle on that boat 😳😳😳 I threw my back out just thinking about dragging that kayak 😂😂😂
That’s what trailers are for. No dragging necessary 😂
Hi Joe! Just found your page as I have been finding info on the Autopilot 120. Love your set up! I am torn between getting this AP 120 or possibly the FeelFree Dorado 125. I follow a lot of fishing content and look forward to following you as well. I'm just over your north border in NH. Tight lines Man!
Welcome! And thank for watching. I had the Old Town Sportsman PDL before the Auto Pilot. I would highly recommend both, just depends on your budget. I liked the PDL so much that it was a no brainer to stick with Old Town when I wanted to upgrade to a motorized kayak.
Great setup. I like your speedbag setup. Are your speedbags the small size and is that the Weekend Series 3700 Softsider? Thanks
Thanks! The Plano bag is a Z Series 3700 and the speed bags are the small size.
Nice set up! I have the 136 . I love it. Just got the Malone trailer. Haven't used it yet. What are your thoughts?
I love my Malone lowmax. When I first got it, it took a few trips to figure out the best way to unload/load, but once you do it a few times it’d awesome. I put my bunks vertical instead of flat so they fit right into the bottom of the auto pilot.
@@MassReelFishing do you unload before the water or like a regular boat trailer?
@@glennsowacke9752 like a regular boat. I load up all my tackle etc before backing the down ramp. Then back it in like a boat until the back of the yak is touching the water. I tie a rope to the front handle so when I slide it off the trailer. I can drag it over to beach the yak while parking. Use the same rope to pull it back on the trailer at the end of the day.
@@glennsowacke9752 watch my video “don’t make the same mistake I did”. 1:30 you can kind of see me unloading the yak.
What scupper plugs you use??

I use these in all the scupper holes. A few of the holes are deeper than the plugs, but they still work well.
