just a couple things: 1. get a larger flat dampen dish cause your bristles are bent 2. don’t hold the brush in acetone for 10 minutes, it doesn’t need that long and it will dry out your bristles 3. instead of using cuticle oil to rehydrate you could just use a bit of monomer 4. don’t touch the brush with your fingers, just gently wipe it on some couch roll or kitchen roll to remove the excess moisture hope this helps :)
And ten minutes in acetone can possibly even melt the bristles if its not 100% kolinsky Sable :). But also setting any brush in liquid on its tip like that for even ten minutes will start to lose its shape quick
Heyy girl just a tip from me I do nails and ima give u a tip so u won’t mess up your brush so u should definitely try to get a bigger glass monomer cup because your brush is two big for that sized cup for that little cup u can use size 8, 7 for that cup because then your brush is going to get really bad and is going to get a lot of acrylic stuck in it because the cup is to tiny for that specific sized brush
@@luxeacrylic3082 nothing wrong with a helpful tip or constructive criticism. This girl isn't a pro, she said herself she's still learning a lot. No nail tech knows everything.
Aye where do you get that acetone at? Ion do nails lol but I do industrial work we use solvents alot those bottles got nice big dummy proof labels on them
Technically it should work. Just make sure you hold the brush so that the bristles don’t bend. Is the polygel cured in the brush? Because if so, you’ll need to hold it in acetone for a very long time.
And u can also do this to your brush to get the soft brush u know so your brush won’t be so dry from the Acciton sorry can’t find how to spell it but once u are done cleaning your brush u can dip it in some monomer to get that soft texture it’s supposed to have because the acciton makes the brush get very dry so if u dip your brush in monomer your brush will be like moist and how the brush is supposed to be
@TEC morgan and if I’m writing something long then I would not be able to memorize that word like u don’t even know about nails bro u look like u is 10 bro and u talkin about spelling and doing nails when u can’t even do anything
Love your videos. I am learning acrylic application and you are so fun to watch. But girl.... change the damn batteries in that smoke detector already lmao :):)
Acetone is literally same chemical used in nail remover so just maybe use any nail polish remover lol. But yeah ofcrse the chemical one is stronger than the actual makeup product.
For those leaving their suggestions on how this girl should clean her brush! Ya'll need to stop it! Everyone's nail school or mentor teaches different! And how everyone does things WORKS FOR THEM nobody has to do things THE WAY YOU SPECIFICALLY DO THINGS get over yourselves. This girl is a nail tech she does nails and does them well. Regardless of how she maintains her brush so it does the job well for the next set is non of your business!

Can u do a nail with a paint brush? Idk but its like acrylic brush tho?
Aye where do you get that acetone at? Ion do nails lol but I do industrial work we use solvents alot those bottles got nice big dummy proof labels on them

@TEC morganlook at u u can’t even reply back
genetic deadend, im sure your family is so proud of your choice in men
Don’t do this if you use Kolinsky brushes, the acetone will damage the bristles. Instead use monomer, acrylic liquid.
Yuppp !!
💯💯💯
Need to do

Acetone
Anyone else have the same cuticle oil?
You Do you want to dry the brush before squeezing it out with your nail because acetone is a type of acid
Where do you get the acetone.
Bru I think every nail tec does that even i do that
I only use water-
