    Very cool video!
At 10:00 I noticed you struggled a bit trying to allign the dog picture.
You can avoid this by taking a step back, copy the dog and keep the size (and cropped format) the same until
pasting it back onto the framed version. Then it's just a matter of alligning the two automatically.
Non-destructive editing is a skill to master but can save you a lot of time and allignment issues. ;-)

Hey this is super cool. I tried this today and came up with some different designs. I did this using a cat image and it looked really awsome like it was poping out of the frame however idid use a square frame tommorrow im going to try a better pic and the circles.

Hi Kelly! I love this technique. One step I missed in the video and don't see in Canva is how you opened the controls to change the intensity. Can you explain, please?

I assume you mean how to make the image transparent? On the upper right of the tool bar is a square symbol made up of a square pattern going from dark to light. If you hover over it, it says transparency. Other photo editing is found with the rest of the photo editing tools where you can adjust brightness, contrast, and saturation.

I tried it after watching you last night and what U didn't understand is why I needed to use 2 photos. It could have worked for me with just the one which is how I know I did it wrong

There are now apps that you can download from the menu on the left side of the screen. There are a ton to play with and a lot of the older ones that were available on the old editor.

Kelly, I know you are the Canva master. And I know you usually just do shirts-occasionally a hat or phone case, but could you PLEASE do a blanket (Etsy+printify). I’m looking EVERYWHERE how to do a personalized blanket. I’ve watched pattern video’s and how to get it correct for sizing for bigger blankets on printify. One used elements in canva and another used a graphic from CF but they didn’t show how to get it large enough for big blankets they just showed ways to make that imagine could be shrunk down in middle of big blanket, a pattern or corner, but that was extremely basic. Also, I know you don’t do personalized stuff, but if we did a pattern how do we ensure the templet can be moved to put the “name” on it? My elements don’t want to move when I go back in? Obviously, I’m new to personalizing an item. Also I must need to use a CF graphic that I can move to Photopea to release elements? Or make sure I only place name in a blank corner? I looked at the word cloud in CF it will allow different colors but only one font-most Etsy sellers have multiple? Is that a different software or print provider integrated with Etsy? It seems like a lot of work to make a custom all over print -name blanket to use a lot of fonts, arrangement, sizes ect. They sale too many for them to do all by hand or manually. ANY help, advice, links to tutorials, software, print production partners I would be so very grateful. If you search for personalized blankets you can see what I’m talking about. I would like to do a milestone blanket and one with elements and names for kids and maybe a mom/grandma gift. Ty so very much!!

I'll try and add that to my list. I gave my mom a printful custom blanket for her birthday which turned out great.

@@therapydesigns6426 ok awesome I just left another message regarding same thing bc I figure you get so many messages on here with questions and requests and maybe better to ask on a new one. Can you at least tell me the best way to create one…use elements in canva as a background (if we do that) or use one big art board for a milestone blanket and upscale it? Will that change the dpi? Or do we need a vector tool? See I’m lost! Maybe Kittl? Any info would be great while waiting for a tutorial! Ty!!!!

@@stacyosborn4537 Will make a video in a couple weeks but I use Canva and just download at 2x the size and it is usually big enough for even the large blankets. I use printful as my printing company for blankets.

@@therapydesigns6426 ok sounds great! I will take all your information and be grateful!! I do have an account for Printful too. I haven’t sold fold them tho. Are there other production companies that generate these custom “name blankets” (like the shape clouds in CF) or a way to integrate these type of custom blanket companies you see on Etsy to Etsy if they don’t automatically integrate? If you Google it a lot of ads come up and websites and/or being sold in Etsy? I don’t understand how they are connecting them?

@@stacyosborn4537 If I want to sell a custom design for any product. I list it as customizable on Etsy (for example) and when the person buys it and tells me what name or whatever to include, I go back to my original design on Canva, add in the personalization. Then I download the new custom design. I use printful. So I then go to printful orders and I can edit the order and change the file image to the new custom one.
