Actually, a very good video and audio comparison! Just setup my Portal+ and [also] wondered the comparison to my existing PC screen and external camera / microphone. Portal, on your video description, provided MUCH better video and audio! Thanks! Keep up the good work!~
It is just another zoom device UNLESS you use the portal tv and don’t have to have zoom chat looking at a small screen. The idea of a big tv becoming a zoom device is why I got one, no more sitting bent over at a desk for an hour, I can relax on my couch, and the camera will follow me if I move around.

The portal is the hardware. You can run software (apps) on the portal.
