These are the most unlikable farmers that were featured on this channel... They seem to be a small-scale industrial producer - just lettuce and tomatoes, exploiting the crew to the max and having someone with a clipboard walking around supervising things... ugh
That is the point being made,you dont need to be gigantic farm to produce food.Remember suatainable practices are being highlighted here.Not super mechanized gigantic farms which use lots of pestcides.Personally,i prefer eating high quality food from these small personalised farm.
