Nope. It's not. They'd heavily advertise it in their shop. And their facebook. Even Don't Let Her In got their fb's banner for a limited time (very good vampire-movie by the way, worth checking out too).
I think the thing about Ray Ray is that although he does come off as a seemingly great person, Sybil's dislike of him is justified since their relationship is based around his being a fan of her UA-cam show. I think as a creator yourself you would probably feel very uncomfortable if a fan of Scaredy Cats found out where you lived and then deliberately moved to be closer to you and tried to become your real life friend solely on the basis of that fandom. The film is making a point about the importance of setting boundaries as a creator and showing how a failure to do so can lead to fans forming unhealthy parasocial relationships which ultimately culminate in demonic doll murder
Back in college we all knew a guy who dropped out of college to move to Chicago and become friends with an unnamed film reviewer on UA-cam and the crazy thing is it worked and he ended up in a few of his videos. Eventually he left Chicago and moved back home and we never asked him what happened there.
Okay... Dr. Freudeterson here... Sybil's mental state is clearly removed from society and she's using the puppets to replace her real life interactions she otherwise still needs. She's pushing away RayRay because she's clearly been traumatized in the past by a loved one, which is why she needs a phallic object with chaos dragons in them to feel whole again. Case closed.
As a doll collector myself I was preparing myself for Sybil to become the butt of the joke while watching the movie and I was pleasantly surprised when that didn't happen. 11/10
I remember seeing Dr. Alien in a theater for like $3. I didn't even know I was seeing it, that theater did "bad movie night" every Thursday night and part of the gimmick was you didn't know what you were gonna see also they served beer. This is how I also saw Maniac Cop and Father's Day.
Idk why UA-cam has lead me to a person with great eye makeup talking enthusiastically about a b-grade horror movie, but I think the algorithm is starting to understand me a little too well.
Hey, Mildew, I have seen the Annabelle movies, and I can tell you that there is nothing more to the 'new sheriff in town' joke aside from the term. Would have been better if Baby Oopsie had said something like "There's an updated model, now with kung fu grip! Hi YA!"
OMG I absolutely love your content, Mildred. So happy to see another Scardey episode. I'm only a couple minutes in and this has made my day. Thank you for existing and all that you do.
Mildred! I'm so so happy you discovered this movie, thereby discovering our hometown hero Libby Higgins. The whole thing with Ray Ray is like an inside joke, that's why it doesn't make sense if you don't already know them. They have many many youtube videos together. Libby was literally a teacher in the special school district out here in Missouri, and then quit to follow her dreams to become a comedian, and now here she is in a movie being reviewed by you! Cool. This was her first video that went viral. ua-cam.com/video/IrSsjdzlUSw/v-deo.html Be prepared to lose an afternoon falling down the Libby Higgins/RayRay hole!
My husband and I loved it! Super fun flick. We loved Sybil and Ray Ray. Can't wait to watch "Bringing Up Baby" the behind the scenes stuff. Just fabulous❤ Thanks for recommending, I don't think I would've watched it otherwise.
So....I am a doll collector.....who has a youtube channel.....and does some basic doll restoration.....and am plus size.....I laughed so hard. I am HERE for this! I am totally going to watch this. I am so psyched! I kind of wish they had a reborn baby in there somewhere because those things are amazing but I could also see them being terrifying as well.....
And I'll never forget the Simpsons spoof on the whole creepy doll genre when a doll of Krusty the Clown was tormenting Homer Simpson. Marge Marge the doll is trying to kill me and the toaster has been laughing at me.
when this video came out i watched the first couple mins and then immediately bought the movie. one of my favorites. this channel is awesome and so is baby oopsie
Wait, an OLD SCHOOL style Full Moon picture? That actually buries some interesting things in among the schlock, even if accidentally? That's trying on a shoestring budget to do something by FULLY buying into their own premise? Count me in!
I love how I watch this channel have 0 interest in horror, like Mildred is like oh you should 100% watch this movie, and I'm just like "haha I love it and also no"
Oh man, Mil-Dread you are so RIGHT! We absolutely NEEEEED a full SCU!! (Sybil Cinematic Universe) Your idea of Sybil just kicking all the Big Baddie (or Little Baddie?) ass from town to town rips so hard and I would watch every installment. Hey Full Moon, make it happen, TAKE MY MONEY and give us more Ray-Ray too!
My husband and I watched it. We loved it! Sybil and Ray Ray were great🙂👍 Fun flick from start to finish. Can't wait to watch the behind the scenes movie "Bringing up baby". Fabulous.
You've never steered me wrong with your movie recommendations, Mildred. This movie is now on the top of my watchlist. Looks very interesting and very fun.
People make 'Pitch Meeting' videos about big budget movies but THESE are the ones they SHOULD do videos for. Much more gold to find. You'd have to scrape through crap to find the gold flakes off fancy food, but its still gold!
as a doll horror movie enthusiast, this is the sort of stuff i wish i could comb through and know if its worth a watch or not. it really seems like it might be
not having seen it I can't exactly say I love Sybil but holy crap I love the hell out of Sybil-as-interpreted-by-Mildred, fucking amazing let's do this
I put this on in my ear and then had to walk away. Not seeing the screen, I assumed Ray Ray was black and Sibyl was a typical 80-pound female film protagonist. My perception of this film shifted when I returned to the screen
considering that i watched the first 10 Puppet Master movies and first two KillJoy movies, this is easily top 3 of that... Its funny and decently well done. Sybil was neat character tho
This is now my Official Comfort Video that I watch as a treat to myself after a hard day. Fine, after a day. Thank you Mildred, for making content that isn't just informative and fun, but high freaking art. 💗🤘🏾💗
How am I just now finding this amazing channel??? You’re a horror review channel, you have the decency to warn the audience if an animal dies in a movie (and thank sweet merciful Jesus for that; nothing ruins a movie quicker for me than wanton animal suffering), you love Full Moon flicks at least as much as I do (if not more, and that is saying something!), you’ve got “cats” in your channel name, and you do winged eyeliner better than I could ever hope to? I am fucking SOLD! Sign me up; I’m already a fan. Subbing posthaste! Now for the catch-up binge watch…🖤
This has got to be one of the most entertaining dark horror comedies in years. Just watched it today for the first time and I've got to say, brilliant! The acting was perfect, the characters were true to form and the whole thing was deliciously evil. The only thing missing was some tequila shots and carne asada tacos . Most fun watching a horror flick in years! 👍🎭
Watched it on Tubi with low expectations and yeah, they're trying to do a throwback to when fullmoon didn't completely suck. A bit of a slow burn and they rush some stuff that could've been depicted more slowly, but worth a watch if you enjoy low-budget flicks.
"I'll write it for free, I don't care." Who else believes Mildred already has Baby Oopsie fanfic ready to go?
You're a fool if you don't think this.
They do NOT. That AO3 tag is EMPTY, MILDRED
Like a 300,000 word outline that would make Stephen King blush? Yeah, Mildred has one of those already.
@@shhdontlook All that means is that they haven't posted anything yet. Or they post to Wattpad.
That would be so fun working on Full Moon films, and I would love Mil-Dread as the writer of the films I would help make. Sounds like a fun career.
"Tenkaichi Babadookokai" is such a ridiculous cut and i'm in love with it.
It's been days and I'm still giggling over it.
The sequel is already out, it came out one month and three days after the first one. And yes, it looks like it does star Ray Ray and Sybil
LETS' *GOOOOOOOO*
Where? WHEre? whERE? wHeRe? WhErE? Where?
@@Bloo_Pup Thank you!
Mil-Dread : Pin this comment so we can watch it in advance of your review!

I think Sybil is better looking than Ray Ray.....and I'm gay. lol

Their enthusiasm is infectious. I genuinely want to watch this film now.
Yeah, and an ounce of prevention shan‘t stop them.
same!!
It's totally insane, you guys definitely need to check it out
Watch DEMONIC TOYS and DOLLMAN VS. DEMONIC TOYS first. Baby's first two films.
As a doll collector myself I was preparing myself for Sybil to become the butt of the joke while watching the movie and I was pleasantly surprised when that didn't happen. 11/10
“I’m so sorry you’re you” is such a management sentiment
I love Sybil because like. I'm a weird, heavyset shut in that loves dolls.
Bobby: You are already subscribed.
mildread: Nani?!?!
I'm legit sad that Sybil and Baby Oopsie couldn't make it work.

That's a cool gimmick.

The Bobby bit in this episode hit me like a truck I cannot believe how good these bits continue to be
Did you know Mildread came up with Bobby Dook while high on marijuana edibles
@@purpleblah2 I heard it was the other way around.
I've seen Ray Ray for literally 5 seconds, and I love him.
Edit: Just saw the end, and I love him more.

Sybil as a Bruce Campbell continuing character would be some awesomeness
If the next film NEEDS to be named "Oopsie Twopsie"
11:40 maybe it’s also a toy story reference? getting all the living doll references at once lol
Never actually seen this movie, but I will listen to this dude talk about anything
That's pretty much the thesis of this channel
I've seen maybe one of the dozens of movies in the videos I've watched on this channel.
I took his recommendation on Blood Quantum and that movie was Badass. Might have to give this one a watch.
I feel that on an atomic level
Ayyy simic! Best guild
Well this looks AMAZING. Sybil sounds like the best protagonist.
Right?! Love this atypical protagonist. :)

Ray Ray is the cat's pajamas!
We need so many more likes, I NEED to see Mildred play the Puppet Master video game.
Bobby’s power over the channel is beyond 5000!
It‘s over 9000!
3:13 I choked on my tea. Thanks for that.
Mildred's anime character stare during the internal monologue was so spot on

2:32 they 100% used the pentagram from Doom 3
This was a GREAT video. Possibly a masterpiece. Also Mildred’s eyeshadow continues to grow with each video and I am in awe

Does Mildred know about Will McDaniel's channel? His puppets are usually at the very least moist.
Here's your problem you set this doll's setting to kill.
Yes the creepy scary doll genre. I still like the Twilight Zone episode where the doll was all like you better treat her nice.
Cybill is the Iron Man of the FMCU; wait and see.
I just found you randomly. You're hillarious subbed immediately. Much love, thanks for the serotonin.
