If you are travelling from a nearby city in the north, taking the road is one of the best options and saves a lot of hassle. Even if you are coming from a far away city, a road trip is always fun, especially to a place like Kalpa, which has some of the most stunning views of mountains and valleys. The NH22 connects Kalpa to Shimla, which is the nearest city, through which you can reach your destination. These roads are absolutely motorable and one can even take the bus facility that is provided by the HRTC. Regular buses ply from nearby cities like Delhi, Amritsar, and Chandigarh etc, which are comfortable and easy on the wallet
