I'm so scared rn for my interview on the 31st. We got this tho!
@@アノルド-g4r omg mines on the 31st too!!! You’re not UK based at all are you???
@@rockyblackwidow3762 I happen to be U.S based in Boston but they used an earlier time for me! Let's hope it goes well for both of us regardless 😅
Scared Imma screw up my chances and say something dumb or choke up. Preparing the best I can here lol. Interview is on the 31st, based in Toronto, Canada

I totally understand you must be on time for the interview. It’s a strict Japanese culture though,,, Hope you can go to Japan soon!
Informative. Just keep the positive aura ♥️
Thank you!
I heard some people say online interviews.
Remember get a good webcam, good microphone and light. Lastly, your connection will be better if you use a wire instead of wireless PC connection. I teach online and I know there is a delay or lag if no wire
Oh very helpful information ❤️😉 thank you 👍
Absolutely.
I passed it and I think other can too if they walk and do some of the stuff I mentioned.
Appreciate your comment. I definitely will post more of this type of content
Looking forward to seeing how it all goes!

Awesome my boy
Thanks bro!
I appreciate your support. I hope this helps other people
amazing video, what career path would you reccomend pre-jet experience? (degree, work, courses)
Bell thank you for your comment and welcome to my channel.
I also had the same questions before become a JET and I planned my life carefully
Here's my advice:
1) obtain a TOEFL or CELTA. These are English teaching certificates that teach you how to teach English plus, you can add it on your resume for JET.
2) degree, I have a Music degree and It took some English teaching courses. The degree can be any just make sure that's what you want to do in life so you don't switch majors and waste time and money. Also, I highly recomend taking TESOL classes during university because they will give you more knowledge on teaching English and it will also appear on your transcript
3) work. Get involved in any teaching role. Before I taught English, I taught guitar and violin. My teaching experience in music transfers well. You can even do volunteer teaching, assistant teaching but, get something on your resume.
@@imaginableAudio thank you very much for the detailed response
ps: I go to a cambridge class (extra english hours and subjects) at languages high school, will that eventually show up in my future resume?
@@bellalexander1707 honestly I am not sure. Ask the staff about it and if they say no, ask if you can get some paper or something. Either way, mention it on your resume when applying to JET
@@imaginableAudio ty very much
