the thing that piss me off when they say Pac wasn't lyrical but he had the most powerful lyrics of all time. Just because he wasnt a punchline rapper he was direct and fierce. . No other rapper put that much power and emotion in their lyrics such as Pac. So to me Pac was they greatest lyricist of all time.
