@arifkamalkhan3302 are you connected to WiFi or Ethernet? If your connected to WiFi the signal needs to be really strong. Does it detect it if you use a Ethernet cable?
@@SHORTwithTECH wifi signal is strong, other wifi switches are recognized, but this particular fan switch is not recognized, I think it doesn't support new launch tuya fan and light switch

My tuya smart panel has problem with update (Update to Version 3.0.4) internet connection problem show after updating until 100%. do you have any fix with the issue?
You dont add it to the Tuya app at all, its a control panel so you simply add your devices to the control panel itself so think of the control panel as your Tuya app. Setup instructions from memory you just swipe down once and go into SETTINGS, connect to your wifi by entering username and password then with your phone just scan the QR Code that will display on the touch screen and follow the onscreen instructions and your done.

You can control it but functionality will be limited

Remove the tiny little screw at the bottom of face plate and it just clips off

Trying turning power off for 5 minutes and then turn power on again. If that does not work then do the same to your router
Can anyone share the instructions please? I need to add mine to the Tuya app but in this video that instruction is covered by the thumb
