The Ambusher DLC comes out on October 10, 2023 to The Hunter Call of the Wild - and will release on ALL 3 PLATFORMS simultaneously!!! How exciting is that?!? In today's video, we use the Moradi Lever Action Rifle as well as the Quist Red Pro Electronic Caller to see if either of these could be helpful in PUTTING MORE GREAT ONES in YOUR LODGES!!! The Moradi is a better rifle than I expected! It's pretty great!!! So is the new E-Caller! EW is killing it lately!!! What do you think?

So anxious for this update. I hope it is available to buy midnight or so this evening. I'm game to play into the wee hours of the morning. That caller will be so useful for the tougher missions they have you do where a species only walks through an area you are supposed to take one out. There are a bunch of missions where they place you in a blind and there is never any of the species around at any hour to take from it. I think this will help for those kind of unfair map missions.

You turn down the volume of the caller by going into the “Audio” setting in “System”. It is labeled E-Caller or something obvious. The option came with the patch so you may not had it during early access!

That Moradi is something else ! 70% on the pen it's going to be in my load out for sure . The E -Caller looks like it's going to be a lot of fun to use and a huge asset to any GO Grind. That was a Nice Dime Lady ! Awesome Video I've done the same thing 😐those 22 rounds don't seem to work

Hi! Love your channel. This rifle is awesome ! Having a ball this am taking down deer. The caller is super fun also. The bow definitely has a learning curve lol. A bit too stiff for me. Still love using the great bow.

Legend. If you accomadate this with Feed/Rest zones during a grind it will add some spice. I am going to try it on my BB on Miss. Gonna run drinks from there catch the same resawned bear at his feed. I think this will work.

12:27 i experimented a lot with most of my guns. the dots on the hyperion are easier to range out, but once you get your scope doped at each mil for the zoom level you are at, taking 300m cold bore shots with almost any gun is pretty straightforward.
I'm glad this new lever action Moradi continues the trend.

Lady if you study up on ballistics you'll find that IRL the .44 and the 30/30 are exactly the same in velocity and ft lbs of energy out to 100 yards. At that point the .44 falls on its face. While the 30/30 continues for another 150 yards. However it does drop 14 inches by that point. But the penetration they are showing in the Moradi is actually indicative of what I've been seeing from my 30/30 for 40 years. Actually the last Whitetail I shot was in the last few minutes of hunting light for the season. So I had no choice. I shot him facing me straight on with his head down at 175 yards. I aimed about 2 inches to the left of his spine and 6 inches down from the top of his shoulder. He dropped right where he stood. Even though the bullet never touched his spine it still severed the cord from the shock of the impact. When we butchered the deer we found the bullet just under the skin in his rump. I think I might put the picture of him on my page because when we took it my son had me lay my rifle on him right before he took it. Thank you for your great review.

The 300 and the 308 should get similar penetration as the new 44. Time to fix these cartridges. If you hit a deer under 100m with the 300, you have ready to cook burgers.

You set up your map depending on your zones - not mine. So my setup will always be different from yours. Drop your tent 250 m from the zone and the tripod 150-200m from the zone.

The penetration for the .44 shouldn’t change. It’s not even the most penetrating bullet! The .454 Hard Case bullet from the Sunberg has 100 penetration and goes straight through any animal!! 😮

Dissapointed that the electronic caller doesnt call kangaroos, saltwater crocs or banteng in emerald coast. It calls alligators on other maps so why no salt water crocs? Not sure why they havent included kangaroo's, i mean hey nothing more aussie than a Kangaroo? Huge let down
