PipeGameWeak it was before it was painted we had any problems... also I went and shamed the deputy Inspector while quoting laws and showed here were my Congress woman, her husband, and I. so after that... we did not see the police again
Someone explain to me why it's illegal to sleep in your vehicle? i'm pretty sure that's 100x better than sleeping on the street if you don't have a home, it's your shelter. Or maybe i misunderstood...
Belen Morales I know it's such a bummer how often it's illegal! It does vary per county though. For instance Orange County (where I'm currently living in my van for three days a week for work) it's illegal. But if I go 40 minutes north to LA County, it's legal there. From my understanding, a big reason LA changed its stance (it used to be illegal there too) is actually because of what you mentioned--giving homeless the right to sleep in their vehicle with not having to worry about breaking the law. I wish that more places would change their laws like LA did!
Natalie Martensen that's crazy! hopefully you stay safe in your car, i can't imagine how much rent is in Orange County or LA and i'm pretty sure cars are te next best thing for those who can't afford it.
My husband and I did it in Las Vegas. We lived out of my Ford Escape for several months. We did get the cops called on us but the cop just told us the best places to go and gave us some tips on when to call it a night and when was the best time to get on the road in the morning so we wouldn't be harassed by people.
I have owned and lived in three sailboats, an Airstream trailer, a pop-up tent trailer, a Volkswagen bus, a VW pop up camper van, and a pace arrow motor home. Currently building an a-frame trailer for next adventure which will conclude with choosing another sailboat and going to Hawaii. So I can relate. Positive Vibes brother.
they rent out the bed through Air B&B. I cannot imagine renting a bed on a bus with 5 other random people. Its awesome to know there are some people that can.
I am with you Vee, a spot on a cot, a towelette, and a composting toilet with random strangers is a bit too much. Sounds like fun at Woodstock or Bonaroo, but New York City, no thanks, I'm going to pass.
Just a suggestion -- wonder if you could partner up with some of those construction companies... perhaps they'd let you park long-term at their various sites in exchange for keeping an eye on their millions of dollars in equipment sitting there. Could be a nice way to avoid being hassled since you'd be parked off the street... but maintaining a quasi-vagabond lifestyle.
I have a friend and his wife that does that, lives in a warehouse setting kind of place and gets paid for it. His wife did a great job with the place, very homey. They don't have to pay rent either.
Edward Elric I used to have a boyfriend that probably still is a guard. he gets paid to stand around and deter people away from stealing equipment. when I still knew him, he was scrawny. very scrawny. not only that if someone actually came to steal something his only job was to tell them not to do it and back off if they look dangerous. it isn't about size. it's about how easy it is to get away with it. in most cases just seeing a guard prevents people from wanting to try.
Edward Elric lol your right we are scrawny and frail! thanks for noticing this mcdonalds being 9 to 12 bucks per value meal really seems to be working for us! lol its ok I can call 911 or I am smart enough to work a gun (I mean I am southern with a hawk eye shot) but really dont need a gun just have to be smarter and faster. or more patient and strike when their gaurd is down. but I am pretty sure I would call the police 1st
not to be negative but it really is a shame that people call the cops on people like Daniel. I really don't understand why they even care, makes no sense to me.
one two They're probably threatened by someone not following "the rules" (ooh, scary!). I've had cops called on me even while staying in peoples' personal driveways.
All wrong, its the old idea of living in a vehicle. So people still feel individuals living like this are criminals, poor, panhandlers, dirty, and that they bring down the vibe of an area. These stereotypes don't apply to everyone.
I mean it saves you money but what kind of life is that? You gotta be the type of person who doesn't need personal space and doesn't mind being around other people, including strangers, all the time.
Who are you to judge? We're all unique and have different needs *not wants. This is a solution that that the government YOU pay for ... can't do. Shame on them.
Well I wouldn't be quick to judge if the guy in the video didn't judge others for being able to afford a house or apartment. I'm sure if he could he would too, no need to hate on those who can.
+JxmyHighroller Hmm. I don't get that he's judging those that can. I think it's more the greedy landlords, developers that are the problem. He's not alone.
if it's not for you then it is not for you. it's honestly a good thing that everyone is different. it would be boring as hell if everyone thought the same.
I was parked near you guys on Riverside last month! I was living on Riverside in my Prius until Nov 1. I saw you and started to leave a note on your window, but I was leaving in a couple of days anyway. Living in my car worked out really well. Peaceful area where you are.
I can relate .I've owned and lived in a number of mobile homes ,motorhomes and a 1969 Bluebird school bus. I think your right about their being a little bit of spite amongst the landlord who don't profit off your lifestyle. and jealously from renters who subject themselves to paying outrageous prices for their living space and expect you to live like them. instead of freeing themselves of this costly expense that eats up a big part of their income. More power to the Nomad. who stand for freedom and free living.
Not sure if I missed this part, but why in the world would you be in NYC? I guess I can answer my own question by saying everyone's different. But man, I would much rather be in a much less populated area.
cause NYC is the best city in the world! Lights, culture, beauty, skyscrapers, art, vibrancy, history, The MET. Central park. Uptown, mid town, chinatwown. Best food ever. Yeah, its expensive as fuck, but well worth it.
Yea. I'd much rather be secluded on a mountain, on the beach, in the country, etc. But, to each their own. I just don't see the appeal. Also, people don't seem to be as nice in the city. They look at me funny if I hold a door open, or if I smile at them lol
Generator and gas heater in a bus. Ohhhhhkaaay. And you might want to get a spot to lock your door open from the outside otherwise someone will come up with a padlock in the middle of the night and fuck up your shit.
propane heater works fine on a bus, probably want to run a carbon monoxide detector just to be safe. I'm assuming they don't run the generator inside the bus. they could mount it on the roof or attach to rear bumper somehow and be ok
Yeaaah, a lot of tiny houses/videos I've seen where people live in small spaces like buses or campers at least try to keep it organized in some way but right from the start this looked messy with all the clothes piled up by the front and just not as cozy or convincing as some others I've seen.
Cool .. nice that you have good friend and family. my son moved to Lower Manhattan from Utah to model and is loving it there. If you ever come through Utah stop by and see hello. I recently bought a 98 Ford conversion van to vandwell soon. peace.
I love this! I live in nyc myself and know that rent can be super expensive, no matter where in nyc you are living. This is a great solution plus you are a lot more mobile if you want to, something that you cannot do with an apartments. Should I ever see them around I'll make sure to say hi! :D
All of you people commenting that this looks "disgusting and filthy"... You have no idea where these people came from. Some of the people living in this bus may have come from bad home situations, abusive relationships, etc. They could be seeking love and friendship from this group of people on this bus because when you live with people for long enough, it gets a sort of family dynamic. You seriously need to get out more if you've never seen a traveling young "street kid" with a bus full of others that is trying to find a better life. This may not be your cup of tea but to just scoff off someone's lifestyle as disgusting just because there's a toilet in there? Is appalling. Get off of your high horse. This is no different than an RV where some models you have to physically pick up the toilet and dump the waste. I have seen many traveling busses of travelers, hippies, whatever you call them that offer open doors to whoever needs a place to stay and a way to get away. You don't know someone's situation. So don't judge someone or their situation because you have not walked their shoes. Enough said.
Registering as a bus was pure genius! I love when people share their life experiences, hoping to spare others from hassles and heartaches. God bless y'all. Great watch. My prayers are with y'all'😇
Amber Lebrun so the buddy heater is approved for indoors (so my brother tells me) I did not chance it and we installed the co2 monitor and smoke detector.
You see people converting School Buses and the occasional GreyHound or Long-Haul Bus, I don't think I've ever seen somebody convert a city bus to live in, I think that would be kind of cool.
Nice idea of living in a vehicle. Nevertheless, the way how all the stuff is fixed or stored in the bus, it shows, that this vehicle doesn't move much.
Sina Alex lol. so moving the bus for street sweeping was fun most is secured in while things like the tv and other items had to be moved but we never moved it more that a few miles at a time. thanks for commenting !
So you are clear that sleeping in the bus is illegal. You also state early on that parking out of the way lessons issues, and you choose to paint the low profile white bus psychedelic colors so that it becomes a huge eyesore. Great idea. I am sure you will be hassled much less now...
they actually seem to like the artwork better. We have had no issues with police since it was painted. We were hassled only a few times when it was white but still.
OMG! How did I miss this video? Daniel was right in my backyard. I know that area well. I'm sure he's gone from there location by now, but I love that he took the chance. LOTS of New Yorkers are starting to get on board with this lifestyle, but I can't do videos about it, because the residents would come down hard on them by complaining all the time.
*My biggest fear on their behalf upon watching this? **_The Deputy Inspector / authorities can use the video as evidence against their current loophole existence,_** no?!* (Hoping I'm wrong of course!)
I'm unclear as to your point in tagging me bro? I'm all about #PoliceReformNOW on many fronts hero.. but not empty, vacuous 'fuck the pigs' mentality that does not address the issues nor seek resolution; quite dangerously lazy take on our severe militarized and inexcusably poor police candidate screening and training in USA, honestly.
Hacim Llih hey I quated laws and vaguely threatened calling a senator friend for help...so they stopped harassing us. plus the NYC deputy Inspector is an awesome woman
SeedfulMusic nope! they would not! we all work in television and travel for 3 to 4 months at a time so most often one of us would host...at most 2 would host
Dude I was gonna ask you how are you pulling that off in the city, New York city at that? Big "props" to you for being able to do that so far!👍👍👍👍 And when you talked about spending 1400 a month for rent, I was like "hell we did 20 yrs ago!!"😀 Good Luck on hanging out there for as long as you can!!
I'm 54 and while I couldn't live in a bus with 5 people I say if they are happy and not hurting anyone or pushing an agenda on anyone, have at it. I would stay there one or 2 nights just for the experience and make some friends. The 2 things that would stop me is the generator and propane heater inside the bus. One night someone is going to sleep permanently.
It's important to point out that that many people in a bus is much more viable in a place like NYC than it is anywhere else. And that it's likely that like the second guy in the video, many people who live like that just need a place to sleep without having to work crazy hours to keep the lights on.
hello, I too live in a "skoolie", in Brooklyn, could you tell me how to find out the laws so as not to be harassed by the cops, and where did you get your bus painted, and by whom? Thank you for this video
Admirable, to say the least, that people can disregard personal space like this. Wouldn't you think the reason for living in a bus in NYC would be all about cheap personal space?
Michael Ouzounian nope it was to follow our career. but trust me personal space is worth the money. lol but we all travel for work and most of us have recieved raises and new titles that we could now actually afford a home. when we got here we did not have 6 to 8 thousand to put down on a space even between the five of us. the monthly rent probably but the sign on fees and 1st and last up front made this the best choice. luckily now we have all major film hubs covered as well as an apartment in New York.
I wonder how long he lasted there. Technically you can't park a bus on any nyc street for any amount of time. As soon as someone complains the city will come tow that, and then heavy police tow plus labor will be like upwards of $1000 any time that happens, I only know cuz I've been thru it.
they could probably share rent between the 5 people of them and find a cosy apartment in NYC. may be small but can't be any smaller than this van they are using. plus they would have a proper bathroom and kitchen. might not be as cheap as the van but the fact they pay for gym membership to begin with, i rather pay a bit more for comfort and convenience. and if they really want to, they could rent out a bit of their apartment for airbnb.
Jon Johnson film crews, a few bands, friends and random people looking to check out schools for their kids but cant afford the 200-600(off season) (400-1200 on) hotel, and probably would not beable to afford the college except that kid was a genius
Im confused. So he lives in a bus, with his brother, and 3 other people.... AND he invites and lets people pay on airbnb to stay on the bed ? Well that's a first.
Does your insurance company know that you registered it as a bus not a motor home and are sleeping in it every night? Would you still be insured in case something happened at night while you slept it it??
wow. amazing how different the guy who's been doin it his whole adult life is different than us newbs. don't worry about fumes, don't worry about insulation (those two almost certainly go hand in hand), don't worry about over-zealous cops, and don't worry about charging strangers to do it, too.
Just wondering... Do you have the proper licensing to run a business on the bus? A Bed and Breakfast must meet many requirements to be open to the public. Do you have your license and Approval forms on display as required?
$1400 for a small studio? Really? I pay 370€ for 247.58 Square Feet (of course not in a remotely big and cool city as New York, we "only" have around a million people in Cologne). Why are apartments so extremely expesive though, can someone explain?
bruhhh I think that figure was really wrong. I remember going to New York almost 30 years ago, and having breakfast with my friend's friend. She was in a studio apartment on the upper east side and was paying over $2000 per month. This was in 1988.
He seems like a really nice guy. New York City really need more people like him.
Daniel Nicklas I live in my bus me and the dog love it just go where ever I want to when had enough of the place meet some nice people from nz
where about in nz mate?
he is but he is my brother so I guess I am bias
Natural Mystic I believe new Zealand but I could be wrong
Why thank you!!
i feel like spray painting a colorful mural of your logo on the bus is a much worse way to stay lowkey than parking near apartment buildings
PipeGameWeak it was before it was painted we had any problems... also I went and shamed the deputy Inspector while quoting laws and showed here were my Congress woman, her husband, and I. so after that... we did not see the police again
Doubt it. I’ve lived in NY my entire life and graffiti is so normalized here we don’t even notice it
Someone explain to me why it's illegal to sleep in your vehicle? i'm pretty sure that's 100x better than sleeping on the street if you don't have a home, it's your shelter. Or maybe i misunderstood...

Belen Morales it has to be habitational. Running water plumb etc. Then u can
Belen Morales you can convert ur bus to rv.
Tim M thanks I will pass those on to my brother!
see u in hawaii
they rent out the bed through Air B&B. I cannot imagine renting a bed on a bus with 5 other random people. Its awesome to know there are some people that can.
Dave And Purdy well when hotels go for 400/nt it starts to look attractive. Really all you need is a place to sleep and the rest is golden!
not to be rude but i need more than just a place to sleep.. i need a shower, toilet and some privacy.
I am with you Vee, a spot on a cot, a towelette, and a composting toilet with random strangers is a bit too much. Sounds like fun at Woodstock or Bonaroo, but New York City, no thanks, I'm going to pass.
Dave And Purdy hey free breakfast though
Dave And Purdy ummm I was like wait..... Airbnb? I wouldn't be caught dead in that horder bus. It looks like it smells
I don't know if graffiti is going to keep things incognito but this is awesome!
Right??! Haha
Motorcycles Tobacco and Alcohol I don’t think they are going for incognito lol
what an inspiration, if they can live in a bus on the streets of NY, I'll be able to live anywhere in my van! great channel!
Just a suggestion -- wonder if you could partner up with some of those construction companies... perhaps they'd let you park long-term at their various sites in exchange for keeping an eye on their millions of dollars in equipment sitting there. I doubt they would stop any intruders from stealing stuff. They look scrawny and frail.
I have a friend and his wife that does that, lives in a warehouse setting kind of place and gets paid for it. His wife did a great job with the place, very homey. They don't have to pay rent either.

love that idea
Edward Elric lol your right we are scrawny and frail! thanks for noticing this mcdonalds being 9 to 12 bucks per value meal really seems to be working for us! lol its ok I can call 911 or I am smart enough to work a gun (I mean I am southern with a hawk eye shot) but really dont need a gun just have to be smarter and faster. or more patient and strike when their gaurd is down. but I am pretty sure I would call the police 1st
Dylan Magaster - I just found your channel and all your videos. Holy cow thanks so much for the perspective, so stinkin awesome
This guys seems so rad, also diggin the inside of the bus.
who says diggin are you in the 90s or something?
AWESOME, i live in NYC, next time i see your bus i will buy everyone coffee! You should come up to the Bronx, many places to park and NOT be hassled!
MARKLINMAN1 thanks man! that would be awesome
plenty of places to get shot or attacked with machete in the bronx too
not to be negative but it really is a shame that people call the cops on people like Daniel. I really don't understand why they even care, makes no sense to me.
one two They're probably threatened by someone not following "the rules" (ooh, scary!). I've had cops called on me even while staying in peoples' personal driveways.
they hating
one two those people are the matrix, when someone goes against the rules, they flip they're shit
All wrong, its the old idea of living in a vehicle. So people still feel individuals living like this are criminals, poor, panhandlers, dirty, and that they bring down the vibe of an area. These stereotypes don't apply to everyone.
Let's bring back "MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS".....remember that folks? It used to be a thing.
so many people for one bus
Jon
Well, it is NYC. I just looked at rent on the upper East Side... it is like, $2500-8000. Damn, I'd totally go for the bus.
You looked up one of the most expensive places in NYC. Although, the cheaper neighborhoods still aren't as cheap as a bus.
I'm in Fullerton NYC is far from here
fullerton california?
I mean it saves you money but what kind of life is that? You gotta be the type of person who doesn't need personal space and doesn't mind being around other people, including strangers, all the time.
Who are you to judge? We're all unique and have different needs *not wants. This is a solution that that the government YOU pay for ... can't do. Shame on them.
This is a valid solution to the housing crisis. And a valid place to live. Rock on.
Well I wouldn't be quick to judge if the guy in the video didn't judge others for being able to afford a house or apartment. I'm sure if he could he would too, no need to hate on those who can.

That's a crazy crammed bus... Props to these people for being able to cram in like that.. I really respect and appreciate this lifestyle
Greg Pappas thanks for the comment. we all knew each other since elementary school which helped
Discovered your channel today, love these stories, peace.
I was parked near you guys on Riverside last month! I was living on Riverside in my Prius until Nov 1. I saw you and started to leave a note on your window, but I was leaving in a couple of days anyway. Living in my car worked out really well. Peaceful area where you are.
Margot Matilda Oh no! you could have moved in. lol Kara had a bed she hardly ever used
Nothing but respect for you bro
Thank you!

Fuck the law! You can't sleep in your vehicle but it's ok to sleep outside?
I've been dreaming of that solar powered light bulb for years! They finally did it.
UN was giving this shit away in refugee camps in africa 20 years ago
Generator and gas heater in a bus. Ohhhhhkaaay.
And you might want to get a spot to lock your door open from the outside otherwise someone will come up with a padlock in the middle of the night and fuck up your shit.
They would still have to use bolt-cutters to get it off.
Rhett Having a Vietnam Flashback it's NYC that sort of thing just doesn't happen there.
propane heater works fine on a bus, probably want to run a carbon monoxide detector just to be safe. I'm assuming they don't run the generator inside the bus. they could mount it on the roof or attach to rear bumper somehow and be ok
absolutely nothing about that looks the least bit comfortable/ hygenic/ private/ anything good at all.
James Barlow I know one good thing. Saving $2000/mo in rent!
Usually I find the people likable but this dude came off super scummy. Also can you imagine renting that from Air B&B?
William Spiritdancer that's true. But you can do that on your own without the other 6 people on 1 bus.
Nope and it's clearly not for everybody

I think I just found my favorite youtuber!
What type of job these type of people have, cuz they constantly move. Danny is the man
We all work in television
Odd sense of comfort in a thing like that, I dig it. Can't wait until I get my bus to travel the country with my friends.
your channel is amazing.. hope to see you with millions of subs.. love from Brazil ♥
Registering as a bus was pure genius! I love when people share their life experiences, hoping to spare others from hassles and heartaches. God bless y'all. Great watch. My prayers are with y'all'😇
Carolyn Nunes hey! thanks for commenting! thank you from a bus full of southerners! thanks for all the good vibes and blessings!
Nice guy, smiles a lot.
Daniel seems kind, I respect that
Thank You!
he was a so-so older brother! lol jk
Doesn't the propane tank needed to be aired out because of Co2 ??
Amber Lebrun so the buddy heater is approved for indoors (so my brother tells me) I did not chance it and we installed the co2 monitor and smoke detector.
Who the hell would rent this disgusting bus on Airbnb with 5 other people living there?
CALife everyone traveled we only rented out when the number of bus mates we're 1 or 2
Its crazy that their are laws against sleeping in your car. ridiculous!
"Land of the free"
why dose it matter either way your can is going to be on the street
More Power to you fella.
That'd be cool if they had less ppl in there. 4 in the same pullout couch?
You see people converting School Buses and the occasional GreyHound or Long-Haul Bus, I don't think I've ever seen somebody convert a city bus to live in, I think that would be kind of cool.
a beautiful and clever home. Wow air bnb!
Nomadic Gearhead thank you!
He has gorgeous eyes! I wonder how he dates while on that thing!? "If the bus is rockin'...don't come a knocking?" LOL
l.m. Getz "remember the adage get a room"

I slept in my truck for two years, in an industrial area, cops came by about three times , I was cool with them and they were cool with me, no problem
Does anyone else think this guy sounds like Cristian Slater?
i like the bus loop hole education
what a nice person you are.
Thank You!
Awesome, so inspiring.
Awesome set-up. I think it's great that you're able to do this in an urban setting. Very cool.
one love bro... #awesome

NoProGoPronto the neighbors were a big problem but understandably the bus is pretty loud lol. selling the bus but stop by before the 16th of Jan 2018
Oh Wow! You're one of the residents of the bus!?! I am definitely going to stop by to introduce myself. This is so awesome! Thanks 👍🏽😃
Hey my brother and I are out of town until Saturday !
The weekend is even better 😃
what a cool way to live
beautiful life... keep on and thanks :)
This guy is weirdly charming, I would stay in this bus for sure.
Great video! I want to do something like this soon.
thank you
*My biggest fear on their behalf upon watching this? **_The Deputy Inspector / authorities can use the video as evidence against their current loophole existence,_** no?!* (Hoping I'm wrong of course!)
Hacim Llih fuck the police
Harmless crime better then being homless
I'm unclear as to your point in tagging me bro? I'm all about #PoliceReformNOW on many fronts hero.. but not empty, vacuous 'fuck the pigs' mentality that does not address the issues nor seek resolution; quite dangerously lazy take on our severe militarized and inexcusably poor police candidate screening and training in USA, honestly.
As the saying goes bro..
*Tit for tatt **_fixes neither this nor that!_*
Hacim Llih hey I quated laws and vaguely threatened calling a senator friend for help...so they stopped harassing us. plus the NYC deputy Inspector is an awesome woman
There is NO WAY anyone would rent that for a night while he and his family sleep on the same bus, right?
SeedfulMusic nope! they would not! we all work in television and travel for 3 to 4 months at a time so most often one of us would host...at most 2 would host
Dude I was gonna ask you how are you pulling that off in the city, New York city at that? Big "props" to you for being able to do that so far!👍👍👍👍 And when you talked about spending 1400 a month for rent, I was like "hell we did 20 yrs ago!!"😀 Good Luck on hanging out there for as long as you can!!
YettaBonez thanks man over a year!!!! thanks for the comment and good vibes!
That is awesome
this definitely some free love shit
Christian Slater's long lost brother
Gas and generator under a bed?? DANGER, DANGER WILL ROBINSON!!!
they don't run under their. We just store them
Love you boys, keep being who you are and make your self proud!!
thanks gal! We miss you!
i cant wait till i have my van idek if im broke aslong as i have food sleep and my skateboard and skis
One night someone is going to sleep permanently.
we don't run the generator indoors. It's just stored in there when it's not in use. The heater, although it looks scary, is indoor safe
awesome!! i want to come check it out
It's important to point out that that many people in a bus is much more viable in a place like NYC than it is anywhere else. And that it's likely that like the second guy in the video, many people who live like that just need a place to sleep without having to work crazy hours to keep the lights on.
thanks man!
Not to be too negative but it's like the opposite of a Tardis! It looks huge on the outside and tiny inside.
hello, I too live in a "skoolie", in Brooklyn,
could you tell me how to find out the laws so as not to be harassed by the cops, and where did you get your bus painted, and by whom?
Thank you for this video
the artist's name is John Reese. I'll get you his information when I can
@reesedesigns
This is so amazing, i just have to wonder how they live like this. It must suck at times
We stayed 5 years
Correct me if i'm wrong, but it seems weird they can rent it out on airbnb and still only have it registered as a vehicle... seems problematic.
For the background music, you should have played The Who's Magic Bus.
This dude looks like Anderson Cooper's long lost brother.
lol. Omg. rolling! spot on. but he is no Vanderbilt
.... with Christian Slater’s voice. 🤔👌
nice set up.
they could probably share rent between the 5 people of them and find a cosy apartment in NYC. may be small but can't be any smaller than this van they are using. plus they would have a proper bathroom and kitchen. might not be as cheap as the van but the fact they pay for gym membership to begin with, i rather pay a bit more for comfort and convenience. and if they really want to, they could rent out a bit of their apartment for airbnb.
Who the hell would say in that as a guest
Jon Johnson film crews, a few bands, friends and random people looking to check out schools for their kids but cant afford the 200-600(off season) (400-1200 on) hotel, and probably would not beable to afford the college except that kid was a genius
5 People! Yikers...I'd go crazy...
Is it better to register a vehicle personal or rv or commercial for stealth rv living?
Im confused. So he lives in a bus, with his brother, and 3 other people.... AND he invites and lets people pay on airbnb to stay on the bed ?
Well that's a first.
is it illegal to live out of a van or bus cuz i've seen a couple people mention trying to keep a low profile
Where did you guys buy your solar panels??
Does your insurance company know that you registered it as a bus not a motor home and are sleeping in it every night? Would you still be insured in case something happened at night while you slept it it??
wow. amazing how different the guy who's been doin it his whole adult life is different than us newbs. don't worry about fumes, don't worry about insulation (those two almost certainly go hand in hand), don't worry about over-zealous cops, and don't worry about charging strangers to do it, too.
I'll have to look for the bus next time I'm in the city. Dylan how long are you in ny for?
This is the best CHANNEL ON yOUtUBE
damn caps lock turned on
Very nice.
Just wondering... Do you have the proper licensing to run a business on the bus?
A Bed and Breakfast must meet many requirements to be open to the public.
Do you have your license and Approval forms on display as required?
the listing is no longer available for airbnb
A Clark hey! so sorry we are no longer hosting as we are selling the bus!
in Vancouver BC $1400 is a deal...
I don't get it...it's a kinda of hostel?
Sounds like it ... for those who like it ... It's great!
how often do you book airbnb people?
