    Thank you Peter,most of my workouts are between 1-3 anyway. I am a smaller guy 5'9" 145 lbs. So good advice. I am happy with my force production. Have a good weekend

    When are you going to update the display screen from 1980s.

      Why would they? It does everything it needs to, and draws so little power it can be powered by you rowing
