- In this video I make a full size bed (1900mm by 900 mm) for my son's room. I used four ash tree boards for the bed and some pine tree boards for the drawers sides.
I worked mostly in the evenings for 2 weeks. It’s been a laborious
project, but I got a great bed. I am happy how it turned out.

Your craftsmanship is amazing! I love how you cut out the wood at 5:20 to cut off only a little bit of bark and at the same time create an irregular look which is beautiful. You create beautiful furniture with simple tools and it has a touch of something fairytale-like with the rounded edges and the router detail on the drawer front. Definitely a furniture that you won't see anywhere else.

My daugthers (twins 2008) are the same when it comes to quality control and they have much critics, haha. But they say: when daddy can't fix it we are doomed. All my love goes to them and as a dad you are doing all what you can for your little girl(s). It's a nature thing. I hope you will never stop building things from wood. When the house is full of it you could sell it to me, haha, or get a bigger house. I love it.

One important question. You put some bend and warp lumber straight to the thickness planer. Does it make the wood straight or warb free? My wood are all bend and warp like that.
very good.n lovely bed .I liked it very much. send me your address as I also need this single bed in a very short time. but wood applied to it should be teak nagpuri. reply to me as early as possible.
A planer will not take the warp out. Only makes it thinner. Unless you make a sled for it. Do a search for videos on skip planing.
